The outfit that Karen brought Stevie over, was a pair of high waisted clay colored bootcut jeans and a white and tan striped 3/4 sleeve blouse. She didn't shower she just tamed the mess that her curled hair had gotten into and pulled her hair up into a high ponytail. When she walked out of the bedroom, she looked at the scene in front of her. Lindsey had gotten dressed as did Stella. The two of them were staring at Karen who was stifly loitering in the kitchen.
"So Stevie, what's the plan?" Karen asks.
"I don't know...we were going to take Stella out to lunch, but our day can get started a little earlier so I don't know." Stevie shrugs.
"Wait, could we go to the Santa Monica Pier?" Stella asks out of the blue.
"Since when did you want to go to the Santa Monica Pier?" Lindsey asks.
"Since I wouldn't only be with you." She states.
"Excuse me." Lindsey gasps as Stevie starts to giggle.
"The pier is THE hangout if I go with my dad whose the history teacher, I'll be the laughing stock of the whole school. BUT if I go with Stevie Nicks, I might keep some street cred." She rolls her eyes.
"Well I think the Santa Monica Pier would be a good way to spend our Saturday. It's a little rainy so there hopefully won't be too many people there." Stevie smiles.

Stevie and Lindsey were trailing behind Stella, their hands linked together, as she bulldozed towards the Roll A Ball game.
"She is having the time of her life." Lindsey says after a moment.
"Well, I'm glad that I could assist with that." Stevie smirks.
"She'd never go here with just me so You already have brownie points." Lindsey answers.
"Good, I really like her Lindsey. She has such the greatest personality and she's so polite." Stevie shakes her head laying it on Lindsey's bicep.
"Well thanks, I appreciate it." He kisses the top of her head.
They approach the table and Lindsey digs out his wallet to pay the man for the game. Stevie and the Buckingham's were the only ones playing the game and Stevie was the one that ended up winning and when it came down to what prize she wanted all she did was she looked at Stella. "Stella, which one do you want?"
"What, but you..."
"I know, which one do you want?" Stevie laughs.
"You can pick one from this shelf." The guy running the game points.
"That tiger is kind of cute." She shrugs.
"We'll take the tiger." Stevie confirms and then as soon as she has it in her grasp, she hands it off to Stella.
"Thanks Stevie." She smiles.
"Your welcome, now let's go get something to eat for lunch and talk about what we're going to do for dinner." Stevie smirks placing a hand on Stella's back.
"Get lunch and talk about what we're going to be doing for dinner." Lindsey looks at her.
"Yeah, why not." She smiles.

As they were eating lunch at the Beach Burger on the pier Stevie was shaking her head.
"I have never had greasy amusement park food before." She shakes her head.
"It is the best." Stella muses grabbing one of the onion rings.
Stevie offered to pay for lunch and they had gotten a spread to share among the three of them. There was a thing of Onion Rings and some Chili Cheese Fries. For their main meals, Stevie had gotten what she deemed 'the healthiest' a turkey club with avocado. But she counteracted it with the copious amounts of onion rings she was eating. Lindsey got a bacon cheeseburger and Stella got a regular cheeseburger.
"I will say I do like these onion rings." She admits.
"There's no shame in that." Lindsey smirks.
"Shut up..." She rolls her eyes.
"Okay so we were supposed to talk about dinner?" Stella changes the subject.
"I was thinking, we could maybe go to your house. Pick up Duke and a change of clothes for you two. Pick up your homework Stella, and then we could go to my house. Stella can do her homework while I cook you guys dinner. I have stuff for Fiesta Dip and homemade tortilla chips and then I could make shredded chicken tacos." Stevie suggests.
"You want to cook us dinner?" Lindsey inquires.
"Yeah is that a problem?" Stevie asks.
"No, it's just that you cooked us breakfast too." Lindsey replies.
"Well do you want to cook dinner?" Stevie looks at him.
"Not in the slightest." He shakes his head.
"My dad doesn't cook. My dad heats up TV dinners, Ramen Noddles, or Campbells Soup...Oatmeal or cereal in the morning."
"I could see that when I cooked this morning." She admits.
"Yeah...how did you get stuff to make pancakes?" Lindsey asks.
"Oh, I just looked in the phonebook for Robin Anderson."
"My sister helped you!"
"She was actually quite shocked that I was with you." Stevie smirks.
"Quite frankly, I'm shocked that you're with us." Lindsey shakes his head.
"Why?" She cocks her head to the side.
"I don't know, it just seems so surreal. You're this big mega rockstar you know." He smirks.
"Well big mega rockstars can have personal lives right?" She looks at him.
"I guess so."

Lindsey's eyes bulged out of his head as he pulled into her driveway. "You live here?"
"I do...but I hate it." Stevie shakes her head.
"You hate it?" He asks.
"Well, I picked it out with Don. I paid for the house, it's in my name, but we picked it out together. It has nine bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, a wine cellar, and a bowling alley in it." She rolls her eyes. "It gets lonely."
"So are you looking into downsizing or something?"
"I don't know...I guess I'll see where life takes me. I know I don't want to be here for the rest of my life though." She sighs.
"So is the reason you invited us to stay here tonight because you're lonely?" Stella looks at Stevie.
"Maybe...yeah, kinda of. Alright you got me."
"Well, let's go explore."
"Hang on, you can explore later...you have homework first...right at the kitchen counter where we can see you while Stevie's cooking." Lindsey states.
"Awe, you're no fun." She pouts.
"I'm the father, I'm not supposed to be fun...Duke, don't pee on anything, I can already tell you we can't afford to replace it."
