Third POV

Raj Mata Satyavati took pride in being one of the most patient ladies. She stayed calm in the most strenuous situation and tried to find out ways to deal with the problem, however large or small it may be.

But she just couldn't help herself. She was worried about Ananya, her baby boy, her great- grandsons. She believed in them, she knew that nothing bad would happen to any of them until they stick together. But the mother in her heart just couldn't rest. It was beating at a thunderous pace.

Time seemed to be moving at an alarming slow pace. And the more time they took, the more worried she got. What was taking them so long? What did they need to encounter? Were they hurt? Did something else happen?

Amba.
The lady went away not long after Karn and others left. Saying something to both Dushala and Subhadra, who nodded in understanding before seeing her off. Satyavati wondered where and why the lady was going but she could not really bring herself to face the lady.

She had seen her sons' face when Amba appeared in the room, Devrat had been completely stunned. Satyavati supposed her face might have shown a similar expression. But then when she declared about Ananya's kidnapping, everyone forgot about Amba being Amba.

All she wondered now was how Karn and Ananya acquainted themselves so well with her? How did this happen? And when exactly? How did she become their mother? What led to this? Hundred questions had troubled her some time ago, but right now all that roamed in her head was Ananya's safety.

Everyone was worried, their hands chilling with dread.
Arjun, Bheema and some of the other Kauravas were still pouting about the fact that their elder brothers had left them behind and went ahead together without saying or caring about anything. How could they do that?

King Dhritarashtra was weirded out, still. He was still not sure what to infer from this whole proceeding. He was still trying to process that his uncle had adopted a son. And then Princess Ananya entered the equation. The mess just got messier. What was with royals and hiding their kids? It was so infuriating!

Queen Gandhari's mother's heart was praying to Lord Shiva, for the well- being of the kids who were currently looking for Princess Ananya.
She had grown to like that Princess, she seemed like a wonderful girl. Though she had not talked to her, she heard a lot from Dushala. Dushala was practically stuck to the side of that princess like a magnet to iron.

Kunti was jealous of Amba. How come she gets to be called Mother, while she is not? Why was her fate so cruel to her? Why was she the one suffering? Why not anyone else? Why only her? This was such a partiality!

Vidur was a little lost and worried. She was the Princess of Dwarka, if something happened to her, the relation between Hastinapur and Dwarka could strain. And it would not be a good thing, at all.
