We parked by my family's barn. Luke came around opening the door for me helping me out of the truck. Taking my hand he lead me into the barn past the offices up the stairs to the locked door I saw the day I came out here to get Hank Williams.
"Where are going?" I asked him.
"My place, this is my apartment. Well, it's not much but I have never needed anything besides you."
His words gave me chills the way he said it was so sexy, so endearing. The man had everything he could ever want and all he wanted was me all this time. He opened the door to a rustic one-bedroom apartment that looked like it belonged in the city. It was spacious and decorated with art from local Montana artists. His cologne filled the air, making me smile. I looked at a wall that had pictures of him and his friends over the years, he even had some of my Dad with him. In each picture, he was so happy and smiling. It made me happy to see him that way but sad I had missed those memories with him. One picture caught my eye as I wandered over to it, I could feel Luke watching me. It was me on graduation day from Harvard. It was taken from the crowd. I touched my lips afraid I may cry, "Did you come to Harvard Luke?" I looked deep into his eyes searching as he left my gaze to grab a beer. I walked over to him as he sat down on his bed putting my hand on his. He was staring at his beer, "I did, but I saw you and how happy you were I just couldn't approach you." He finally looked at me.
I sighed and ran my hand down his back pulling his shirt from his jeans, he sat his beer down as I stood lifting my dress over my head. I stood between his legs and unbuttoned his shirt while he slipped his hands around to my ass. Once his shirt was fully unbuttoned, I made him lay back on the bed and I undid his jeans pulling them to the ground. I pulled myself between his legs and put his thick cock in my mouth grabbing his ass and pulling him deep in my throat. I wanted to hear him moan my name, I needed to hear him say he needed me. He let out a moan and pulled out of me, "I need to taste you Dela." he picked me up laying me down unhinging my bra, and tossing my thong to the floor. I sucked in a breath when I felt his tongue between my thighs. My ass lifted off the bed when his tongue entered my wetness I moaned his name, "Luke, I want you, I need you. "I was saying all the things I needed to hear him say.
He stopped and smiled at me for a minute teasing me, kissing my belly, my sides, and my neck his hands were on my nipples rubbing them. I felt out of control. He whispered in my ear his breathing was steady, "I want you to Dela, I need you, I need to feel your pussy around my cock." Just as he said the words, he entered me. I was wet, so wet for him.
Grabbing the back of my head he held my face to his, our lips touching breathing each other's ecstasy in. Our bodies were in sync with each other. He pulled my leg up, holding it and letting him venture further into me, his thrusting became more intense. His lips never left mine. Our breathing became heavy as he hit my g-spot making my hips raise off the bed and pushing into him. His cock vibrated inside of me he dropped my leg grabbed my hips and held me up pumping into me as we came, and we both collapsed on the bed.
Luke pulled me into his arms and kissed my forehead, "I love you so much."
"I love you too Luke."
Luke fell asleep and I laid awake a little longer watching him sleep, he was so handsome and now he was mine. I looked around his apartment. It was cozy but it sure wasn't big enough for a baby. I needed to tell Luke soon, we needed to start making plans. I leaned over to turn out the light on his bedside table there sat an old picture of him and me from before I left. I tear ran down my cheek, I held my stomach and whispered, "we are so lucky baby." Once I turned off the light, I saw his bedroom window facing mine, he had seen me this entire time. I kissed his cheek and fell asleep.
The next morning Luke was still snoring lighting as I bolted out of bed to the restroom, I was sick. Today had to be the day I told Luke he would definitely notice if I was sick all the time. I came out of the bathroom he was standing there with concern on his face, " Are you ok?"
"Oh, yes. I was just a little dizzy I think it made me nauseous. It's probably from hitting my head still."
"Dela, do we need to get you back to the doctor?"
"No, I go back in two weeks. It will be fine. Anyway, I was thinking we could have a picnic by the river today, you know where you always take me?"
He pulled me to him wrapping his arms around me," well if that's what my fiancé wants then that's what we'll do."
"Ok, I'm going to get dressed and pack everything. Come over when you have showered?"
"You know we need to talk about this living situation." He said.
"Yea, I thought we could discuss that today at lunch." I pulled out of his arms and left him standing there. I got down the stairs and around the barn before I got sick again. Yep, I needed to call the doctor.
Calling the doctor confirmed I wasn't losing my mind and that I was ok to Luke. I saw from the kitchen window Luke was walking over to the house. I checked how my jean shorts and tank top looked with my flip-flops and grabbed the picnic basket. I heard him talking to my Mother on the porch.
"What are you guys talking about?" I asked walking outside.
"Oh, honey just how pretty you looked last night and how we really pulled off the entire day!"
"What do you mean?"
"Well, Luke and I had to hide all day just to make that happen last night. Not to mention picking the perfect ring. This guy is picky when it comes to you! "
Luke laughed staring at me the entire time. I just shook my head at them.
"Well, we should get going, we'll be back later Mama. Don't wait up."
"Oh, I won't, Dela."
I stayed quiet on the way to the river I was beginning to get nervous to tell Luke. He held my hand the entire way glancing at my ring occasionally and then kissing my hand. I had to smile at him when he winked at me. We pulled into our place parking. Luke came around to open my door for me and grabbed the picnic basket. We walked hand in hand to the river, "So, this is actually my land." Luke said.
I was a little shocked because I thought we were trespassing this entire time. "It is? I love it, it would be a beautiful spot for a home. "I smiled up at him.
While laying out the blanket and sitting down he said," I was hoping you would say that, because I want to start building right away. I want it to be our home. I don't want to wait to do anything with you Dela Blue."
I blushed when he said my name, he knew I loved it. I looked down at my ring and got teary then looked at Luke I need to give you something. He looked concerned reaching for my hand. I pulled out the box and gave it to him. He looked at it for a minute and looked at me unsure if he wanted to open it.
"I don't know if I can open it, I feel like you're going to break my heart and leave or something."
"Please, open it, Luke."
I watched him untie the bow and then unwrap the paper slowly. When he opened the box he was silent as he stared into the box at the tiny boots with a note I put on top of them that read "We choose you". He looked up from the box with tears in his eyes, trying to wipe away the one that had already fallen.
"Really? You're pregnant?"
"I am, I found out in the hospital." I grabbed his face and kissed him. We fell back on the blanket. He sat up on his elbow as I looked up at him.
I need you to know I'm here to stay. That from the moment I saw you in the kitchen that morning Luke, I needed you. When you held me in your arms after the funeral, I couldn't breathe without you. You are all I have been thinking about. I could never go back to that life knowing you were somewhere in the world without me. I love you, Luke, you and this baby are my home. I chose you then and I choose you now, we choose you now." I smiled at him putting my hand on my belly.
Luke kissed me and then kissed my belly as we watched the sunset in the Montana sky.
