Starcourt

"Hey Rose we're here!" Steve shouted. We walked towards them. "Come on guys there is our mayor. "I hereby declare the Starcourt as officially opened," he said! Crowds of people stormed into the big shopping mall.
"The first thing we have to do is eating ice cream at Scoops Ahoy," bagged Nancy. "Let's go!" I said and we went straight to the shop.

We ordered our ice cream and sat on a bank.
"I already love it in here!" Robin said. "Yeah right?!" Steve agreed "Let's walk a bit to check out the other shops." I said after finishing my ice cream. After ten minutes of walking and admiring shops we came to a room with an open door where many women in colorful outfits danced to loud music.

As we were looking through the windows. the music changed and the song Whip it by Devo played. Because I really love this song I started to freestyle a little dance.
Many people came to watch my moves and I didn't care. I love it when people watch me doing things I'm good at. There was already a crowd watching around me as we just hit the first chorus. A few people cheered or clapped.
But I was just in my tunnel and had the time of my life.

Then the song finished. I bowed to them and went to my friends who watched me the whole time. Everyone was cheering at me for my little show. "Wow! You trained a lot in those three years! That was fabulous! And you were so brave! I'm impressed sweetheart!" Eddie stumbled. I started laughing. That was FUN!

Then we saw the boys, El and Max. We said hi and agreed to split into groups. Steve went with Dustin, Lucas with Max, Mike with Eleven and Will, Nancy with Robin and Eddie with me.
"Where do you wanna go sweetheart?" Asked Eddie. "Maybe you need some new underwear?"
"EDDIE!" I screamed and blushed. "Hey, what about this one?" I asked. "Let's go," he replied.

We went inside the shop, looked at clothes and than I had the perfect idea! "Eddie, do you want to do a challenge?"
"Sure, what challenge?" He asked curiously. "We're picking clothes for the other person and create outfits and then we have to rate." I declared. "Sounds like fun! Sooo...3...2...1...GO!" He said.

After about 20minutes we both had a perfect outfit for the other one. We went to the locker room and changed.

"Woah, we're looking hot together!" I said, while watching ourselves in the mirror."You should wear a suit more often. It suits you so good!" I complimented."But you look hot as fuck too Rose!" He said and looked at me threw the mirror. He turned around so he can look at me.

"Sorry kids, can I please go through? Holly molly! You are such a cute couple!" Said an old lady behind us. "Oh! Sorry M'am but we're not a couple!" I decline her."Whatever...bye kids," she said. "She's right," Eddie said "With those matching outfits we totally look like a couple."

He looked deep in my eyes and grabbed my waist. I could feel the butterflies in my stomach. Out off nowhere everything around us disappeared. Only Eddie and me. Only us!
And then he took his hands off my waist.

I cleared my throat. We both changed back in our clothes. I took the things and went to the till."Are you buying the things I chose?" Asked Eddie."Yeah, I like it!" I said and
bought them.

A bit later we met the others again.
"We're going to Will!" Lucas said to everyone. "Have fun kids," Nance said. "And we have to go to to the cinema now! Or do you guys wanna miss the beginning?"

We ran to the cinema. Steve bought popcorn for all of us and we searched good seats.

The movie was full of action. It was really good. One time I grabbed Eddie's hand cause I got a fright but he just squeezed my hand back and smiled at me.

As the movie finished, we went outside in the mall. Suddenly Nancy screamed.

"Guys Rose and I have to go! We will be late!" She shouted. I knew why she was upset. It was already 6.45pm and we had to be home at 7pm. So we said goodbye to everyone and went to the bus.

"Hey girls!" Someone behind us shouted. It was Eddie. We stopped. "Shall I take you home? I am faster than the bus." He offered. "Thanks a lot," Nancy thanked and went to Eddie's car.

-in Eddie's car-

"OMG! I forgot to tell you that I got the job at Hawkins Post!" Nancy said screaming. "Really? Oh my god that's so cool Nance," I answered her happily.

Eddie was right we were at home early.

"Hey Eddie, wanna stay for dinner?" I asked him. "Sure, why not," he answered "But only if it's okay for Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler!"
"Oh don't worry they are!" Nancy said smiling.

Eddie parked his car in front of the house and followed us straight to the kitchen. "Mum, we're home!" Nancy shouted. "Hey girls! Just ready for dinner, perfect! Oh Eddie you're here too! Sorry I didn't saw you hahaha." She apologized. "No worries Mrs Wheeler. It's fine that I'm staying here right?" He asked her. "Sure sit down next to Rose! I made you all Raps. Fill them however you like!" She said and sat down next to Mr. Wheeler.

After dinner Eddie and I went upstairs.

"Sweetheart," he said in his serious voice. "We have to talk."
"What's going on Eddie? Everything all right?" I asked shocked.

"Why do you have a room and all your stuff here? Why are you never going to your home. Is your home still your home? Why have I never seen your parents? It's a small city where everybody knows everyone. There are rumors about you and your family! And I'm not sure if they're right or not! You are not the same person I used to know. You changed!" Eddie listed. He was totally freaking out.

I hugged him and forced him to breathe. He got calmer. "Eddie listen... I haven't told you the whole story..." I started to explain.
