"Yeah, Billy Hargrove. Do you know him?" Heather asked. "Not really. But I know his sister Max. We never talked that much but she told her friends about him and one of her friends is my cousin and he told me." I explained.

For the first time I really looked at him. He has a muscular body and blond, curly hair. We walked closer to him. I could see from the distance that his lips are very soft and he has beautiful eyes.
What am I saying! Stay focused! But wait actually I'm single...

NO! I said myself and knocked the thoughts out of my head.

"Hiya Billy! This is Rose. She is new and has the shift after you." Heather introduced me. "Hey Rose! Welcome to the team," he welcomed me and smiled. Gosh his smile could melt icebergs. "Hi," I said, waved and smiled.

"Your shift starts in two minutes. I have to go now my parents are waiting for me! Bye guys!" She said, waved and left the pool area.

"Are you new in town?" Billy asked me. His eyes scanned my body. "I lived here since I was born but three years ago I moved to NY but I came back a few days ago." I told him.
"Why would someone leave New York to come here?" He asked confused. "Because I wanted to see my family." I told him.

He looked at the clock.

"Oh, your shift's now!" He said and came down to me. "Bye Rose. It was nice talking to you." He said charming. Right when he was about to leave he said "Oh and good luck!" And winked.

I sat down on the high chair.

I had not much to do. There were just some kids running at the edge of the pool. Two hours later I went to the showers.

I put my stuff and a towel on a bench and twisted my hair in a bun. I turned on the shower. The water was ice cold. I closed my eyes and let the water run over me. I opened my eyes.

I wasn't in the shower anymore. I wasn't even wet.

I'm in a small room with a small bed. No windows. Only one door. I go to the door and try to open it. It's closed. I go to the bed. In this moment the door opened and a girl is dragged into the room by two men all in white. She screams and tries to escape the men, but she is too week. And again it's the mysterious girl from the forest.

The men with the white hair closes the door. "I'm sorry, but you know the rules," he says and then the little room is quiet.

The walls are all white, like the floor. I look at the girl. She lays on the bed. She hides her face in her pillow. She cries. Suddenly she turns around and looks at a wall with a self drawn picture. She looks at it for a few seconds. Suddenly she starts to scream.

Then water is running down my body. I'm in the shower again. I turned off the shower. I put off my bathing suit and put on some clothes. I took my stuff and was about to leave as I heard somebody yelling. I went to the direction where the noise came from. I turned around a corner.

It was Billy. He was standing next to his locker.
"Billy?" I asked him. He turned around alarmed. "Rose, what are you still doing here?" He asked me.
"I was in the shower," I told him.

"Hey do you want to grab dinner with me?" He asked charming. "Yeah why not. But only to make sure, it's not a date right?" I asked him laughing. "Sorry darling, I'm not in the mood for a date," he said right in my face.

Maybe that's better.

Twenty minutes later we sat down in a cute little restaurant. "What would you like to eat?" The waiter asked us. After we ordered he had a perfect idea to get to know each other. We played a game where everyone can ask 12 questions and the other one has to answer them.
It was very funny and we laughed a lot. Billy is not only handsome he has also charisma.

"So my last question..." I thought about what I was going to ask him. "I know you're not born or raised here cause I never saw you. Why did you came to Hawkins?"

That was a pretty good question. He took some minutes to think about it. "You don't need to answer it. It's fine, I'll choose another one," I said because I could feel how uncomfortable he felt.

"See..." He looked in my eyes and I nod softly. He continued. "This town would probably be the last one I would move to if I had a choice. Long story short my mother died, my father married another woman, I got my stepsister Max and then we moved to Hawkins."

"I'm sorry...for everything," I said to him and squeezed his hand. "You don't have to apologize. It's not your fault. But what about you? Have you lost someone too?" He said with a sad smile. His eyes were somewhere else.

"You have to know that I lost my sister as I was 15 and that was really hard for me. And then..."

I made a short break tears were about to roll down my face. Billy put the back of his hand to my cheek and caught a small tear with his finger. Suddenly we heard how the door was slammed loudly. I turned around to see what happened. Billy turned his eyes from me to the door. "What was that?" I asked him curious. "It was a boy who was in my class last year." He told me.

"What does he look like?" I asked more curious. I hope he won't describe Eddie.
"He is as tall as I am, has long dark brown, wavy hair,..." Billy continued but I couldn't listen. I was sure that he described Eddie. Eddie saw me with Billy.

Is he jealous?

"Sorry Billy," I said "I'll come back!" Then I stormed out of the restaurant and ran after Eddie.
