For the past two days, i was taking good care of Manjiro, and when he went for a check up to the doctor to make sure the wound is not infected, he praised me, telling me that Manjiro's health is getting better

The others would come visit many times in the day, and i took some painkillers from Sanzu, because the pain was getting worse and worse and i kept hearing that name being called

I was in the kitchen washing the dishes after lunch, everyone had already left except for Sanzu, he was still talking to Manjiro

As I was walking in to join them with a tray of tea, I heard their conversation accidentally. "so, were you finally able to move on?" Sanzu said

His question wasn't really important after what Manjiro said "you know well i will never be able to move on from y/n." He said

My eyes widened at the mention of that name, i don't care if they are talking about a girl, but why did it have to be that name of all names

Suddenly, the ache in my head came back, and i dropped the tray from my hands, falling on my knees and holding my head

I heard fast footsteps coming my way "Kanatsu!" Manjiro called when he saw me on the ground "what happened?" Sanzu followed after him

After that, all i remember is me screaming from pain, and then, everything turned dark in a second

MIKEY'S POV:

Kanatsu let out a loud scream of agony and she fell right on my chest, my eyes widened at her sudden state, i wanted to pick her up, but Sanzu stopped me

"No Mikey, you can't hold her, i'll do it." He said and took her in his arms, he walked her to the living room and laid her on the mattress that was still on the ground

I slightly slapped her cheek, trying to wake her up, but she wouldn't respond "what the hell could have happened?" I whispered

Sanzu didn't say anything, but i felt that he's hiding something from me, but i don't have time for this

"I'll get her the pain killer so she can take it when she wakes up." He said and got up

I was still looking at Kanatsu, her eyes were squeezing, means she was a lot of pain, but what could it be?

Sanzu came back and placed the medicine and the cup of water on the table then came close to us "still didn't wake up?" He asked

I looked at him asking what was going on with her, he hesitated at first then he answered "the day we talked, her and I, she started having a strong headache, and she fell on her knees from pain, and I think this is what happened now." He said

My eyebrows knitted together "and couldn't you tell me that before, what if she needs a hospital?" I scolded

"She's the one who asked me not to say anything." He answered

Before i could say anything else, she slowly opened her eyes and placed her hand on her forehead, Sanzu got up and grabbed the medicine

He helped her sit down and gave her the pills and few moments after she took them, she calmed down

For some reason, i felt my blood boil when Sanzu held her, but i couldn't do it myself anyways

"Why didn't you tell me that you're having headaches?" I asked, she immediately turned to Sanzu, who looked away the second she did

She turned back to me "sorry, I didn't want you to worry. It's nothing I promise, just a normal headache." She said, but i didn't believe her

"What kind of normal headache makes you faint? Don't lie to me." I said, but she shook her head and smiled "don't worry, if it happens again, i'll tell you." She said, but i think she was lying so i won't worry
