You took a last look outside then turned around leaving the room with the older Haitani
"What did you want to ask me?" You questioned as you took your seat on the large couch
He was standing behind the couch, he leaned down and rested his arms on the back of it, his face close to your ear "i am curious about you." He said with a smile
You didn't say a word as you kept looking in front of you. As much as you know each other you and Ran, you are a total stranger to this one, so you can't make him feel comfortable around you
"What makes you so curious? I'm just a girl like the others." You said briefly
Still smiling, he grabbed your chin and turned your face to him "a girl like the others won't stand in front of men as dangerous as us so proudly and threaten us. So tell me, who are you?" He said as his purple eyes were lost in yours
You kept staring at him for some time as one thought was in your head 'once you know who and how they really are deep inside, they're not that scary.'
"Captivated by my charms already~?" He chanted as he was getting even closer
When the distance between you shortened, you placed your hand on his nose and pushed him back slowly "be careful. You're getting your guard down, I could've head bumped you right now."

He blinked a few times as he realized, for some reason he dropped his guard in front you, but that never happened with any girl
"Who are you? I've only known one girl with the strength to stand in front of men without being shaken by them. Sure there are plenty of strong girls, but not all of them give them that ora that she, and you give." He said resting his head on his palm
You looked at him smirking, you were about to tell him who you were but then you decided not to "i don't know who's that girl you're talking about, but if she existed, then other girls like her exist too, so don't get your hopes high, if she was that much of a legend and that strong, she wouldn't get caught by people like you." You said crossing your arms over you chest
Ran stood back straight, one hand placed on his hip and the other still on the couch "but you did say that you got caught only because you wanted. And besides, how do you know Shion but not the rest of us when we're clearly more known than him." He asked trying to get your talk
