I saw Haru sitting in front of Manjiro's house, hugging his legs and looking sad, so i stepped up the him

Normally, Haru would love to play with his little sister, but this time, he did something that surprised me "Go away!" He exclaimed at her
His little sister looked at him in confusion "Eh?" She said innocently as she didn't understand why was her brother treating her like that
"I don't want to talk to you anymore." Haru's voice cracked as he spoke "because of you, i'm always the one who's getting yelled at! Do you understand." He continued in tears "why me…?"
Senju was actually sad by what he said "i'm sorry Haru..." she said lowly but he didn't listen "i wish i knew how to... talk back to big bro like Mikey and the twins do..." he said making me reach my hand to his head
I still remember, back then Haru was too nice to even talk back to Omi. Talk about a change of attitude
I opened my arms and hugged Haru "stop crying Haru. Senju is still young and immature, she's an hyperactive child, that's why she causes trouble." I said trying to ease him down
He sniffled a little and looked at me "but.. you're just a year older than her, so how can you say that?" He asked and he was right to
I sighed "guess it depends on the circumstances we live in. I have an older brother who might kill someone at any second and a mother who might kill my brother at any second, maybe that's why. As for Senju, she has two older brothers who are taking care of her and giving her all she needs, she knows that you will always have her back that's why she's like this, she just wants ro stay your little sister who you take care of." I tried my best to explain it
He looked at me with his teary eyes and tried to master a smile "I'm glad I met you y/n. You're the only one who understands me and listens to my problems. Not even my own familly do that. You and Shin-nii are the best people i know"
But little did we know that something will happen, to change both Haru and Manjiro
