Thank you for reaching the end of The Grey Zone. This is my first ever fic and it definitely snowballed into something more than I expected.
I really - really - appreciate all the reads, comments and feedback. Writing this has been such a cool learning process and I've really loved working on this project. Obviously, in hindsight, I can call out times where I've made glaring errors (telling instead of showing, adverb central, loss of character drive) but I'm still really proud to finish my first ever fic at 80K+ words. I'm usually the type of person to start something and never make it to the end, so this feels special.
Anyway, you probably have some questions: What were The Agency up to? Will Jess ever confront Homelander?
And those are questions for another book.
I'd be open to expanding this story in the future but for now, I want to work on something different. I have a few ideas in my notebook and a OCxMoonknight fic I'm keen on. So stay tuned!
