Chapter 7

Amber's Pov

It's been two days since that occasion happened, and in that two days, the noble faction that despise Sofia came to me flocking and tweeting with sugar coated words as if they found a very great source of power.

However, in that two days that has passed it's finally time for James and I to sail out to Avalor to look for answers. I have been staying at the deck since after eating lunch and just staring at the wide ocean wondering when will we arrive at Avalor.

A few days later we finally arrived at Avalor who was diligently waiting for our arrival, the new queen, Queen Elena of Avalor, greeted us with her cheerful personality and with a big hug she comes with her sister Princess Isabela who also greeted us with a warm hug. There was only a small welcome with a short parade around the square town of Avalor before reaching the Palace.

We were left to rest first and arrive at dinner to discuss details upon what has happened, I cannot stay put here and waste time as I only have a limited time given. It would be best to fire straight ahead rather than beating around the bush. I am already lucky enough with the permission we got from our parents to travel alone for this dangerous mission however, I would be always willing to do anything just to get her back with us.

Dinner time arrived and James and I are now walking to the dining room escorted by maids and knights. Upon opening the door was greeted us by a cozy atmosphere just enough to feel at home. A little later the Avalor Royal Family arrived and this is when we go down to the business.

"I'm going to apologize in advance if I may seem rude to you about what we are going to talk about this evening. I'm going to be frank and straightforward about the reason why we really are here." I started and broke the silence after everyone sat down and food was served.

"It's alright, go on." Queen Elena's forehead creased upon what I said, curious of what I'm going to say.

"I wish to know the process on how you got out of the amulet yourself. I don't know if the news of what happened at Enchancia has reached you or not." I hesitated quite a bit, I sighed before I started talking again. Seems like they do not know what has happened two months ago. "Princ-.. Sof-sofia is trapped in the amulet.. she trapped Vor inside but she was not able to got out of the amulet." I tried hard not to cry but the tears betrayed me.

"I.. I didn't know that.. Amber, why haven't you said in the letter? I would have just go there on my own." Elena stood up and hugged me tightly.

"We were not able to get her out of the amulet, I don't want her gone. She's the best sister that I ever had. Please Elena, help us. Help us get her back here." I cried and cried my heart out, James embraced me as he also shed tears. Please help us get her back.
