Sofia the First: Forever Royal Reversed

Chapter 2

Third Person's Pov

2 Months has passed since the event that took place in the courtyard of the Royal Palace of Enchancia, where they weren't able to get Princess Sofia out of the amulet. In the room of the Royal King and Queen, there lies Queen Miranda wore black clothes for mourning, as even she have dark circles under her eyes she is still beautiful as ever. Beside her King Roland, her husband still keep on watching his wife mourn for their lost daughter.

"Miranda dear, take a rest and I love you very much." He whispers to his Queen who is sleeping peacefully.

In another part of the palace, in the room of Sofia, a person laying in Sofia's bed, cuddling the pillow that Sofia always use to sleep. Still weeping, Princess Amber same as her mother wearing black clothes and dark under her eyes. There was a knock on the door and showed Baileywick with guests in his back. It was Princess Hildegard and Princess Clio. However, Amber didn't heard the knock and just kept crying.

"Thank you Baileywick, we will take it from here." Hildegard whispers, Baileywick then bowed and left the room closed doors. Hildegard and Clio approached Amber slowly, not wearing their bright colored dresses and gowns, but just their plain ones.

"Amber.." Clio softly called Amber as she stroke her hair, they could hear her sniffles and whine. "It's okay. Cry all you want, we are here." Clio continued.

Amber slowly sat up and Hildegard wiped her tears with a handkerchief. Clio fixed her hair. Amber sat up still holding for the dear pillow that her sister used to use. Her eyes red and puffy from all the crying, dark bag under her eyes, the two visiting Princesses could obviously tell that their friend is clearly tired.

"Stop crying and be strong Amber, if Sofia were to see this she would cry too. You're the future Queen of Enchancia so you should brave up yourself and start making plans on getting Sofia out of the amulet or it will be really over." Hildegard said while brushing Amber's hair gently, on the other hand Clio wiping all the tears that are falling again from Amber's eyes.

"How would you know. She was my best friend, she was the best sister that I could ever ask for." Amber continues to cry and weep, Hildegard and Clio looked at each other trying hard not to tears.

A day has passed since Clio and Hildegard visited Amber. Amber stayed all day again in Sofia's room, imagining that her sister would just show up in the dressing room after dressing in a pretty gown for them to go out. However, Amber knows better than that. She stood up determined and walked out of the room and goes in her own room to fix herself.

'Enough of crying and start finding solutions. No matter how many years may pass I will definitely bring you back and we will have the fanciest tea party that the Tri Kingdom will ever have.'

She thought with confidence and luck may go upon her.

Amber's Pov

Leaving Sofia's room as I go to my own. I fixed myself up and went to my twin brother's room to check on him. When I arrived he was not there, I asked the guard on duty and said that James is in the training grounds.

I went to the training grounds and see that he is practicing to wield a sword.

"James.."

He froze and looked at my way, he hurriedly dropped the wooden sword and came rushing to me and hugged me tightly.

"Amber! I'm so glad that you're alright now."

Even though he said that, I can see that he himself is not also alright as it is written all over his face that he also haven't gotten any sleep.

"It's still not okay.. but as the future Queen of Enchancia! I will start finding ways to bring our baby sister back." I said with determination, James looked at me blank until he slowly brighten up.

"Brilliant! Count me in!"

He said and we held hands together and with determination we came back inside the castle and went to the throne room and just saw Daddy in there.

"Amber?" Daddy said in a question when he us coming up to him. "Amber! Are you okay now? It's good that you got out of Sofia's room now, everyone was worried." Daddy said and stood up from his throne and ran up to us to give us a big hug.

"If Sofia see me like that she would definitely not be happy." I shook my head and breathe deeply before let it out, I looked at Daddy straight in the eyes. "I..i will, we will find every way to bring Sofia back." I said and saw Daddy lighten up.

"Brilliant!"

Third Person's Pov

In the jewelry room, the amulet is guarded tightly by the griffins when one notices that the amulet sparkled in pink light.

"I think there's dust in my eyes." And scrubs his eyes and see that it is not sparkling. "Maybe there is dust in my eyes."

But the amulet that trapped Sofia sparkled once more with no one noticing. It sparkled in this pink light.
