Chapter 23(Addi& Xander)

"Let's go" he said bringing me from my Dreamland.

"Yeah" I stood up as I held my hand together. He bent down to pick his water bottle has his phone beeped.

I used the opportunity to take a good look at him.

He would have been a successful male model if he were to be one,his brown eyes shone brightly,he has a shiny extended goatee beard, his wrestler's shoulder spoke of his strength. I didn't want to look at his down part,he looks like a god of temptation.

"Are you done checking me out" he said his eyes on focused on his phone.

"Oh,I was not, why will I?" I said stuttering my eyes.

"Mmh" he said as he pocketed his phone.

He led the way and I followed behind quietly like an obedient child. My gaze were on his legs,as he carries them majestically one by one. I didn't know he has halted as I hit my head on his back.

"Ouch" I said rubbing my forehead, he looked at me then closed the space between us. He bent his head and our face is so close that,any mistake will result to us landing lips on each other.

"Am I that handsome, baby girl?," He said in a husky voice.

I swallowed hard and with confidence I said "No".

He looked at me and smirked, he started walking fast.

I followed him trying to catch up with him.

"Be a gentle man and wait for me!!!" I shouted.

"Until you call me handsome, baby girl" he shouted also.

I went straight to the kitchen to gist Freya as Xavier excuse himself going out.

"Freya!!!" I called loudly as I make my way to kitchen.

I entered the kitchen and I ...

"Eww" I said covering my eyes.

They quickly separate from each other as I looked at Addi for the first time.

Woah,where the hell are Xander and Xavier seeing handsome dude. I can see why Freya is crazy about him.

He has this Charming look that you will want to look at him the second time, His bristly eyebrows, concrete jaw. He is gorgeous.

"Eyes off, sis" I heard Freya's voice snapping me out.

I laughed, then I faced an embrassed Addi staring at me,

"Erm,Hi" I said waving my hand a little.

He smirked.

"Hi" Oh,my fucking jeez. He has the deepest husky voice.

I looked at Freya with my mouth slightly opened.

"Erm, yea, I will excuse you guys" I said nervously.

"I will leave instead, " he said and kissed Freya on her neck then leave the kitchen moving with leopard-like grace.

I quickly rush to Freya side as she was adjusting her clothes, her face are flushed and I am sure if I had not entered they would have shamelessly have sex in the kitchen.

"I can see why you are crazy about him" I said.

"Uhmm, yeah ain't letting him go,no matter how he wants to avoid me. He is addicted to me already he is just holding back" she said with confident.

" It's glaring, sis" I said admitting to what she said.

"How did it happen, I thought you said he has been off this past days?" I asked Freya as I picked the blueberries inside the basket.

"I was actually doing my stuff here in kitchen,when he came inside the kitchen. I thought it was you, I was like "Ava so fast", but I got no reply,I looked up to see him looking at me as if he did something wrong or he is waiting to be scold" she said fanning herself.

She continued" I was surprised to see him,and I acted as if I did not see him, I continued what I was doing until I felt a hand wrapping me, it felt like home, I missed him"

"We talked a little and he apologized,then the rest was story, sis" she said laughing.

I nodded my head eating the blueberries, "It was indeed history" I said

"So, How did it go between you and Xavier" she said eating one of the blueberries also.

I smiled as I remembered him and bit my lips slowly.

"You are blushing!!!, Wow I am liking this" she said clapping her hand..

" Don't blame me Freya, blame the guy that suddenly went from hard to soft" I told her.

"Ohoh" she cooed.
"I'm all ears"

"Okay,so he said, we should watch the sunset together,we talked a little on the way,he asked me about my best experience in high school, I told him and it led to talk,to be honest at the end everything felt magical ,sis". I told Freya summarizing everything.

"Hehehehe, Something is cooking up" Freya said in a childish way.

I smiled.

Then I remembered the feeling of someone staring at me, I shoved it off. I don't know why it kept replaying in my head.

" I want to take a nap" Freya said washing her hand.

"Okay,till night" I said.

She left the kitchen.

I picked two blueberries then left the kitchen also.

Night came quickly as,I went to Freya's room. She is still sleeping,I shouldn't disturb her then,I left her room going to the kitchen.

I met Xander on the way and it feels like I should enter the ground, I am scared of this guy than Xavier. The fact that we hardly cross path and talk scares me.

I know he is busy this days strategizing how to capture Luke, I hope he does quickly,that means I can leave then.

I am getting comfortable here with Freya around,I don't know but the thought of me staying here came across my mind and the question is "what will I say keep me from not going"?.

Atleast Freya can use Addi has an excuse in staying here even if she is release one day.

"Hey, how are you?," Xander said as we closed the distance between us.

Did he just greet me? I looked at him with a smile, Ava you can do this!.

"I am good, what about you"? I asked him

"Yeah, great" he said.
"I've you seen my brother today?" He asked.

"Huh?"

" Have you seen Xavier today?" He asked again, making it a bit loud to my hearing.

"Ohh, ermm..yea..of course"  I said smiling.

"Around what time" he asked.

"At sunset" I blurted out.

He looked at me with a smile, and said "Okay"

My inner mind replied him "Okay"
