Halfway through the after party Pete noticed I wasn't having such an amazing time. He looks at Elizabeth and Dacre and tells them we're going to head on out I was getting pretty tired and was going back to his place for the night. I apologized for being a dud but clubs weren't my thing, he said everything was okay atleast I did come and be part of it with him that's all that mattered.

We get back to his house as I walk through the door rose petals lead upstairs towards the bathroom. Candles sparkled around his steamy bubble filled tub, the smell of eucalyptus and lavender filled the air as I take in the scenery. I look back at Pete with a confused look, also curious as to where this woman is so I can beat her ass.

"This is for you, I figured this could be a way of thanking you for doing everything you done today with me. I can't believe you actually let the press know about us and how comfortable you were on the carpet. I knew you weren't a club person and I wasn't going to force you to go. So the next 2-3 hours or however long you need it's all yours." He said as he unzipped my dress and admired the back side.

I turned around and told him he wasn't going anywhere he was coming in to enjoy the relaxing time together, after all this wine wasn't going to drink itself. We dipped into the steamy hot lavender scented bath as we unwound from the hectic night. A few hours later I slipped on my robe and ventured towards the living room where Pete was in sweats laid back watching one of our old favorite shows.

"Hey I figured I'd fix a little snack and we could just enjoy the night and the breeze, while watching some tv. Whatever you wanna do the night is yours!" He explained

"Yeah no it sounds nice! You can have control over what we watch if you want perfectly fine with me." I mentioned

As the night went on we were into the tv so much we weren't aware that it was storming till the lightning was brighter than the tv screen. Both of us being nerds of nature decided to leave the tv on as a light while watching the storm blow through and the drapes blowing gracefully in the wind.

I woke up to the smell of bacon and coffee, the aroma filled the house as I made my way to the kitchen to see Pete cooking breakfast. Impressed I made my way to the island as he handed me a plate of delicious food.

"Did you seriously cook all of this by yourself?" I questioned

"Yeah trust me I'm impressed myself I hope it actually tastes as good as it looks." He joked

I looked at my plate of bacon, biscuits, gravy and side of fruit. Sampling it all I could hardly choose what I wanted to eat first it was so delicious.

"Hold on did you make the iced coffee too? Because that would seriously be major brownie points if you did!" I suggested

"Okay so hear me out I tried my hand at it if it's not good I called in reinforcements and ordered your favorite coffee from the coffee shop near your store." He snide

The whole breakfast selection was amazing I was literally impressed with how great of a cook he was and how on point he made my coffee. I chugged the rest of my coffee as I scrambled to get ready I had thirty minutes to be  at work before Elizabeth noticed I was late again or she'd kill me. As I finished my food I kissed Pete and ran for the door making it to work in just under a minute to spare.

We sat there talking about the weekend and everything we done, as I was telling her about Pete making breakfast and how amazing it was and the coffee was on point. The door opens and a stranger walks in but not for product, this girl was darting towards me like she was about to pounce. I tried to act all friendly and use my customer service voice when she stops me.

"Stop just stop. Who do you think you are? You really think Pete will be with you for a long time now that you voiced to the whole world that you two are an item? Cute. Don't get use to it, he's not all roses and butterflies he also comes with a tornadic storm and it's ugly. Why do you think we didn't last as long? Oh let me guess he made you the perfect breakfast the perfect on point drink you are obsessed with, then acted like he wasn't the best cook ever so you felt sorry for him and told him it was amazing? Ha wow you didn't even last a month after coming out so sad." Is all she got out before getting cut off.

"Here's the the thing your going to leave, your going to leave her alone especially, if you must know she is the best thing to happen. She didn't lie about his cooking if she did she wouldn't have came in bragging about how great it was trust me I can tell when she's lying. She loves him and she's not putting up with his bad days like everyone else did she actually sits, walks, talks with him during it so that they are both going through it together. They are perfect for each other and quite honestly I don't see why they aren't married due to how well they go together. So take your snooty ex girlfriend attitude and get the fuck away from her before I have her beat your ass." Angered Elizabeth

As she walks out I turned around to see Pete looking a way iv never seen him look before. My heart fell to my stomach as I thought the worst, his face was a mixture of shocked and depressed. I didn't know what to do or say so I just thought of the first thing to come to mind.

"I uh I don't know what that was about or how she found me but I.. I don't know what to say honestly." I mumbled

"Here's the thing that bitch ever comes back in here again I'll beat her ass, secondly everything you heard me say about what Bailynnd is 100% true she's like so into you is disgusting but she's not lying about your food dude she's so in love with you iv not seen her like this with anyone else. Don't be mad at her she's the last person you need to be mad at." She lectured

"Mad? I'm not mad at her, the bitch that walked out the door yeah but not Bailynnd, If anything I'm surprised she didn't beat her ass. I was actually coming to see if she wanted to go get lunch but if your willing to close for a few we all can go I'll buy plus I kinda already invited Dacre sooo." He asked
