Chapter 53

Bright was delighted when Light threw his tiny arms around him, they weren't big enough to cover his body entirely while his son's head reached up to his chest only with their sitting position. Bright slowly wrapped his arms around cautiously this time because he's afraid to crush his precious human. Bright heart was beating furiously just the way they did it with Win. Light smelt just like last time milk and so very Win which made him smile and hold himself back from planting soft kiss on light's head. Light exclaimed "I'll go and show this to my Mommy". He pulled himself out from Bright's embrace and jump down after putting the telescope back in the bag, while grabbing his little bag on his back. Bright nods he was so happy watching his son excitement in that moment. Light didn't wait and he quickly dash away from Bright when he realized Oh Crap!, until Bright remember about how Win will react on his present Light was already disappear from his sight. Bright just prayed his wife doesn't make big deal out of it and doesn't scold their son.

Win looked serious as he served dinner for Light in the kitchen. His nanny had already left for the day when Win came back home from office. He was dead worried to see the expensive telescope as a birthday present in Light hand from some unknown stranger. He stated in his serious tone "What did Mommy said young man ..about strangers. No talking and never accepting anything from someone unknown. Did you forget that?". Win put the plate in front of Light and help him to take a bite while asking "And by the way, Who's this stranger. Who gave you this present? Does Mommy know him?". Light was so engrossed in the telescope even while eating that he was hardly paying any attention to his Mommy question. Light answered after swallowing "It's a man, very handsome, He knows Dad. And talk to him. Dad said he will come home on my birthday tommorow". Win scoffed mutely then retorted "I know it's a man. But What's his name? Did you talk to stranger about Dad?" Light babble with his mouth stuff while his hands were working on telescope "he's not stranger, he knows Dad and told him to come see me on my birthday this year. Dad will come tomorrow".

Oh God Win was already started to get tired explaining his son about his Dad absence. On top this year he had to manage everything alone unconsciously he lightly snapped at his son "Oh God, Will you Please stop babbling about Dad Dad all the time. Isn't Daddy enough for you.... Didn't Daddy promise Light that he'll come home to celebrate Light's birthday tommorow". Light stared at his Mommy blankly for a moment. Then his face turned all red, his eyes filled with tears causing Win to froze at his own harsh response. Light jump down from his chair and said while crying "Daddy will leave us alone again I know, Dad will come home tommorow..... Sir said, Dad will come home to see Light and stay with us". After saying Light run away from Win with his telescope towards his bedroom.

Win called his son "Light... Listen Baby. I didn't mean...", Light didn't stop though as Win was about to go after his crying son, when suddenly his phone started ringing with Day video call. As soon as Win swiped to answer the video call Day ask "Hey babe, had your dinner?". Win didn't respond causing Day to watch Win having helpless and worried look Day ask again "Babe.. everything Alright?. Something happen...." Win walk up to his living room and flopped down on couch sighing loudly. Day ask again "Tell me What happened?". Win pinched the bridge of his nose answering "I shouted at Light and he started crying. God I really hate myself". Day immediately demanded "Why would you do that?". Win cried out placing his hand on his head "It's the same thing, you know how it is around his birthday. He want his Dad. He's too adamant this year for some reason. Just Tell me Day how the fuck am I supposed to bring his real father on his birthday. You know I'm not ready for that episode yet".

Day softly breath out "Babe, the way you're feeling about Bright, I don't think you'll make yourself ready ever for that episode. And He's just a small baby, how long you're going to keep Light and Bright away from each other when they're staying this close. I know it's quiet difficult for you to make Light understand about your and Bright situation but don't lose your calm in the process. I never force you to do something which you're not ready .... but babe.... Don't you think Bright have the right to meet Light, He's not always going to be five in his life..... just think about it. Also What if Light found out from someone else about Bright and accuse you to hiding the truth about his real Dad".
