Chapter 50

Win smile at himself remembering how Bright defend him he cannot lie that it felt really nice the way Bright's scolded Lea. His entire body burned when she started accusing him. But Bright didn't budge and stayed closed to him supporting him. Bright's hand kept him in place giving him assurance and spreading warmth. He felt bad for Bright that Lea was still taking advantage of him by playing with his emotions and everytime using her daughter card. It was lie she doesn't love Bright at all. She only care about herself and interested in Bright's money. Even Amara wasn't Bright's daughter to begin with. A tiny part of him was pleased with this new Bright who stand up for him. Now he's just afraid Lea won't create some sort of scandal to ruined Bright's reputation if ever Bright decide to leave her, because Win know how much Bright is important to her. Win glance at his husband direction realizing Bright was already staring at him.

Suddenly Win felt the pull which was there between them like the two opposite magnet as their eyes met Bright lips stretched in a wide smile and Win found himself looking away from him instead of smiling back for some reason. Even though a part of him wanted to walk into his husband's arm, bury his face in his neck and go to sleep.  Again a part of him wanted to wake up from this dream because it was scary. But above everything Bright was the first man he fell in love, not with his money or his drop dead gorgeous look, he was never perfect but calm, protective and constant in his life and even after all those great things Win find it difficult to just forgive Bright this easily and move on. Because just as much as he loved Bright's touch on his body, .... His betrayal hit him ten times harder.

The night dragged on, Bright stuck with Win for the rest of the time. They ate dinner, having small talk which mostly Bright was doing. though Win hardly talk most of the time and just gave one word answer. He busied himself elaborating the gigantic champagne fountain in the center of the hall. He was counting how many glasses were there in the arrangements. And For some reason he already wanted to go back to their room and sleep but it was yet not the time knowing they're going back early in the morning. He was badly missing his son. Sarawat and Tine took the stage as they thank everyone for donating generous amount. Win was expecting that this would be the end of the event but instead he cried out when Tine announced that it's time to hit the dance floor. Bright stretched out his hand towards Win and ask "May I have a dance".

Many other couple started drifting onto the dance floor, as jazz music started playing. Win swallowed and mumble "I want to go back and sleep. I'm tired". Bright nods his head and said smiling "Just one dance and I'll take you back Please". Before Win could reply Tay interrupted the two he ask looking at Bright "Can I snatch my friend for a moment?".  He inquired looking at Win "You don't mind Win?".  Win replied "Not at all?",  Tay escorted Win at the distance in a corner to talk while Bright stayed on the spot blinking at the two. Tay was just apologizing for competing with his husband like that while Win just laugh and ask him to forget about it. Tay was leaving the Party and just wanted to talk to Win.

Bright watch the two as they both were looking so very impressed with each other. He then watch Tay fidget in his trouser pocket and shuffle into his wallet and pulled out a card for Win. Win took it and watch the expensive look and golden fonts on a card before he placed the card in his clutch. Tay muttered "I'll definitely look forward to your call". Tay gave Win his sexy smile as he continues "Well it's safe to say You'll be hunting my dreams for a long long  time. Win". Just then Bright reach at them, he wanted to scoffed at the pick up line used on his wife. Where Win blink few times at Tay hearing that. Bright ask in cold and serious hard voice "If You've talk enough I'd like to take my precious wife back". Tay laugh reluctantly "You're claiming your date". Bright placed his hand on Win's back and dragged him on his sides saying "I don't have to claim anything....". Then his eyes turned to Win as he said in his softest tone "He's already Mine".  His eyes soften looking at Win, soft smile appeared on his lips.  Tay smirk "Well I give it, I'm envious of you Chaveeree". Tay brought Win hand to his lips and pressed a kiss delicately saying "Until next time...". Win nodded and gave Tay his small smile as Tay walk away leaving the two with each other.
