Chapter 12 - The Oracle

Coming close to the place indicated by Idril, there was a huge crowd, many people and other humanoid races like elves, fairies and etc waiting outside the place. While Vigara still had his arms in Richard's, Idril went to the door, talking to the guards while Nixa, Lis and Pita were with Vigara. Observing that the city was very busy, especially in that place, while in the markets there was almost no one attending or customers, it seems that something strange was happening and people wanted an answer.

Looking at Idril, he saw that he was already heading back towards them with a very confused smile and said: Well, he let us in and said that the Oracle was waiting for us.... So shall we?

Everyone nodded in agreement and entered through a door that was on another street in the building. Entering the place, it was noticed that it was well decorated, with furniture that looked like it came from a Queen Elizabeth mansion and it was very tidy, it had a pleasant aroma and that would normally attack Richard's asthma, but it didn't happen and in the meantime, Idril led them to a door and said:

- "This is where we split up, we all have to wait here in these chairs while Richard walks in the door to talk to her"

Richard: - "Wait... Wasn't everyone going to see her?"

Idril: - "Well, it was, but the guard told me that the Oracle had you as a priority, so let's respect it as much as we can"

A slightly elderly voice comes from a part of the room saying: "Come in kid, I've been waiting for you for days and please close the door, these people don't respect the privacy of others"

Richard: - "ok...."

He closes the door behind him and sees a small table in the middle of the room. There are shelves with several books of various shapes and sizes, exactly those that appear in medieval libraries or libraries of centenary universities and the ceiling had a very simple chandelier, it was like an iron chandelier that was on the ceiling and on the table, there were some books piled up, several spent candles and many loose leaves and some inkwells still with ink as if she had been working on something for a while and then out comes a half old naga, dressed in some kind of leather armor, covering her entire body, from the beginning. neck to belly, and his snake part had a very thin metal segment, maybe it was just for decoration, but it was still pretty awesome and he came out from behind one of the shelves reading a book and saying, "So you're Richard, the boy who is causing a stir in the town's magic"

But could it be... ok, wait a minute, I have to calm down" and then she looks at Richard a little scared but then shakes her head a little, scratches her eyes a little and says "Sorry boy about that, I was a little confused about some things, sorry"
