"Are you alright!" Charles asked his wife as she returned from the jungle.
"Yeah, but Regina needs help" Judy answered as she supported her on her sholders.
"I'm fine,really." Regina said."I just need a bit of rest and quite."
Quite was the one thing Alexander the King of Clubs was not."How dare they do this to you!I will kill them all!" He shouted looking at the Spades.
"Please don't." Regina said tired. "Vengeance won't do anything good.Just focus on your own match " She told him.
"Fine." He said as he glowered at the king of Spades.Maybe he'll take out his anger on him later but if his wife wanted him to he'll let this go for now.They didn't agree on almost everything but seeing her hurt made him hurt.He usual despised weakness and respected his wife b/c he knew she was strong.But seeing her weak he wanted to protect her and do what she said.
"What in hades was that!" David the king of Spades shouted at his wife.How could you loose to the Hearts.
Pallas was still in her traumatized state and didn't seem to hear him.
"Don't ignore me." He roared in fury.
"Leave her alone." Judy said."She's been through so much and you use her like a tool.You should be ashamed." Before the match she wouldn't have dreamed that she'll be defending Pallas but going into her heart had made her pitty her.
"Shut up!" David shouted angered.
"Don't speak to my wife that way." Charles said putting his hand on his swords' hilt.
"Boys,boys..." interrupted Joker."Save the fighting for the match.Speaking of which.He rolled the wheel.It could only land in Hearts.Since most of Hearts was water body the arrow naturally landed at an island."Lucky you!" Joker shouted you get to duke it out on 'Paradise Island 32'!"
David scowled.Figured Hearts would have 32 or more paradise islands while Spades had wastelands and deserts.Well with the prize he was gonna win he'll make sure to invade all those islands and turn them to navy ports.
"Contestants to the arena" Joker commanded.
Alex, David and Charles entered it.Joker wondered if Julius the king of Diamonds had gotten scared and decided to run away.That wouldn't be unusual.
Suddenly a loud sound of footsteps sounded in the corridor leading to the arena.Julius showed up inside a diamond mechanized armor.
"I'm ready" he said but in truth he wasn't.Even in the invincible armor he wore he was still afraid.His wasn't planning on fighting anyone.He'll just and hide till it was all over.
The Joker rolled his eyes.
"Technology VS magic sword VS Brute strength VS Might.The strongest man VS
Deadliest warrior VS Faster Samurai VS..." He looked at Julius thinking to find a superlative for him."...Richest guy!" He finally said.
"Who will win the platinum prize!Let's find out now in the Battle of the Kings!"
