Battle Royal Flush

Beginning

It all started thousands of years ago in the first Clash.This Clash was between good and evil.Light and darkness.The celestials and the infernals.This two forces always fought in an eternal struggle that spanned many dimensions.Their struggle was never ending.They searched for worlds to put under their influence and power.

Once upon a time however they stumbled upon Cardasia then a simple nameless land.Once life may have thrived there but now it was a desolate empty place.As usual they battled for it's control but the fragile already dieing world could not endure the battle of such powerful great beings so two people were chosen.One from each side.Relatively weak ones who can fight without destroying this world.These beings were named 'Foolishness(Folly)' from the infernals and Lightheadedness (Lightheart) from the celestials.
An agreement was made.An Unbreakable Pact.This two beings will fight to determine who will take over Cardasia.The rest will withdraw from the land and not enter it till the matter was settled.It was the first Clash.

They fought night and day for a many years but a winner would not emerge.Finally weary of their struggle these two made another pact.They will divide the land into equal parts.Lightheart will reign over the north side.Folly over the south.Their kingdoms were split by the Grand Cardasian line called the X-axis.It was a region of high magical power not easy to cross.

For a time all went well.With only minor spats both ruled their own kingdoms.Life flourished in Cardasia but the fragile peace wasn't meant to last.Thus Lightheart and Folly withdrew from the world.

The beings who thrived in this world the humans divided themselves once more.A Y-axis appeared.

Riches and gem mines were discovered in the north west so the greedy gathered there.They utilized the tools they had and advanced their technology.They built a kingdom based on logic.They took the rarest Gem as the symbol of their kingdom.The kingdom of diamonds they called themselves.

The harshest and belligerent gathered at the south west.They buit a kingdom that was ment to expand.A war loving country where the strong rule.They called it the kingdom of Spades.

The peaceful and nature loving gathered at the south east.They built a kingdom that thrived on agriculture. The kingdom of Clovers.

So all that remained gathered at the north east.A kingdom ruled by emotions.Their magic came from their emotions so they proved quite powerful.

This kingdoms were ruled by Royals.Five people who took their titles from a deck's of cards.

The king was a warrior of might.He led his people in battle.They were either born from a monarchial family or married into one.

The Queen was a warrior of magic.She guarded her people from magical threats.

The Jack was a leader elected by the people.He was an expert in both magic and might.

The Royal Ten was a title bestowed on anyone who proved to be the strongest warrior.They served as generals.

And finally the Aces were the heroes.They had numerous hidden inner power.They represented the four elements Fire,water,earth and air.These elemental powers were given to them at random.Whenever an ace died fate chose a new one with a new element and placed the Ace's Mark on them.They connected the royals to the common people.Thus they had Deuces.Deuces were the lowest class in Cardasia.They were servants of others.The Ace's Deuces couldn't have a rank of their own but were ment to act as sidekicks.Supporters and guides to the heroes.

Thus the world existed maintaining balance.When disagreement arose b/n the kingdoms to avoid the loss of many lives the royals agreed to most meet in Center City a city as the name implied that was located at the center of Cardasia.There they fought in a Royal Flush Clash.The winner got what they wanted.

Soon however another threat arose.The entity known as Folly got weary of the way things were.She wanted to spread darkness in Cardasia so she tricked Lightheart and stole his essence.Absorbing it into her own.She became a being of both light and darkness.A chaotic force unleashed on the world.She gathered the armies of darkness in the underworld. Monsters of every type and prepared to open gates of hades and march on to Cardasia.

Lightheart's soul wandered the land deprived of an essence to hold it.But then he found one capable of holding his soul.A person who had the unusual ability to excel and abapt at every factor.After quickly asking for permission ( which went like"Hey can I borrow your body to stop the world from being overrun with monster's what means yes.Thanks!"Posses.) he dwelled in his body and made a plan.

Lightheart gathered the Ace's of the kingdoms.Together they confronted Folly.With the power they got from the harmonious adjoining of elemental powers of the Aces and the Joker's celestial spirit they were able to trap Folly's essence and power in the form of a jester's staff.Her soul escaped to the under world.

Lightheart lived in Cardasia taking the name of the Joker.He ruled over Center City as one who can use the ability of all the royals.Folly was reduced to a legend.

But here Joker was now thousands of years later.Folly threatens to break free from her bonds and the current Aces were scattered.The spell they used to trap Folly won't work if they weren't in harmony.Not only them but the other current royals weren't necessarily in friendly terms either.

Thus Joker made a plan.He would bring them together in an epic Royal Flush Clash.He sent invitations promising great rewards for the winners.

If he succeeded the world will be saved.If he didn't they would destroy each other.That is if Folly and the dark army she mustered didn't destroy them first.

And here we begin our tale as the royals travel toward Center City and Joker decides to test their power and get a demonstration(demo) for the show.Hey if he was gonna save the world he might as well have fun doing it.And the Royal Flush Clash was bound to be epic.
