I gave my statement to the popo and they drove me back to the orphanage. "Officer is it true he killed Mrs. Brendel and Olivia?" I asked while still shaken up. He signed and looked down at his lap. "I'm sorry kid, but yes" warm tears started coming down my cheeks. I liked Mrs. Brendel she had a good heart... but Mr. Brendel controlled her and made her cold hearted
Ig got out of the car with soaked eyes and I could see the frown on the cops face, when I got inside I got a big hug from Mrs and Mr. Emery "Peter! Are you ok? We were worried sick about you!" Mrs. Emery said with worried tone while holding my face looking at the cuts on my face and the scratch line that was on my neck from the knife. "Don't worry ma'am I'm fine" she gave me a hug and it looked like she was almost crying.
"Mrs. And Mr. Emory if I could talk to you two alone please" they notted their heads and Mr. Emery messed up my hair before walking towards the cop. Just as I was about to go sit in the living room my phone buzzed.

Hey kid you available tomorrow night after school for your first shift?
I read the text and after the cop is done talking to the Emory's I show then the text and they say it's ok just be home before 10 like usual
Peter
Yes sir! My guardians just want me to be home before 10 pm

Of course kid. Happy will pick you and the other kids ho tomorrow after school be ready and look for the same car see ya then
I put my phone away smiling knowing that I'm going to be working with THE TONY STARK. I just couldn't wait for tomorrow afternoon. I went into the group chat with Ned and Mj to see if they also got texts from their mentors
