"They've found her." Reina looked through her crystal ball, staring at the fairy with hair like a sea of gems. "She looks so... Familiar..."

Val glared at the image, rubbing her temples. "So familiar it's giving me a headache. Tell the trolls to deal with her, fast."

"Patience, sister. They're in the Sulfuric Nebula, where the war hero Astia resides." Renia scrolled through the eyes of the trolls, getting an idea for the lay of the land. "Woah... Even her magic has a certain... Beauty to it."

Val rolled her eyes, cleaning the sword she recieved from her brother. It was forged from his anti-magic after she returned from her seven year slumber. Though he pretended not to care, he would do anything to keep his sister from vanishing again.

"Crystals and jewels.... Why does that feel so familiar..." Renia muttered, having the trolls fall back a bit so she could examine the wall they were struggling to break through. "A weak point... Hm... Ah, there."

The Red Troll she has been controlling went to the spot in the crystal screen that was the weakest, then cast a spell through it that made the wall crumble in that particular spot. The hole it made was big enough for a few of them to pass through, but not very quickly.

It seemed like every time one slipped in, it was beheaded by a spear that would come out of nowhere. It was hard enough to break a troll's tough skin, but to do so with such ease required a certain amount of power behind every swing.

"They're fairing better than I thought... Why is this girl on that planet anyway, only nobles are invited to participate in the festival of Night." Val twirled the blade in her hand, looking at her reflection in it.

Reina shrugged. "She is, or was, the plaything of the prince... Or so I thought. Maybe there is true affection between them... How disgusting."

Val chuckled, "Children like that, so sheltered and poor, know nothing of affection, my dearest sister."

Reina sighed, shaking her head. "Yes, you're right. It reminds me of the tales we were told as children... The prince would pick a commoner over the beautiful well kept princess, just because the commoner was different."

"Ah, yes, I remeber those tales.... Wasn't there one about a witch who was engaged to a man that was in love with a fairy?" Val came back to the table, peering into the crystal ball that was focused on the fairy that was fighting surprisingly well against their army.

"I think there was one like that..." Reina tought about it for a moment, then glanced at the gleaming crystal that she had awoke from. It was just there, in pieces on the floor. It was a magic gem so they couldn't simply throw it out, but it did bother them greatly.

How did they get trapped in such a substance, they couldn't recall. The last eight years have been nothing short of a blur. Their memories before that were even more fuzzy.

Reina, being the more cruel of the two, offered her dark magic to the trolls, which they used vehemently. The trolls used the magic to amplify their powerful scream, a paralyzing force that no one would be safe from.

And yet, the fairy was unaffected.

"What? How is that even possible? Even the War Hero is down, how does she stay unfazed in front of them?" Reina was baffled by the development, only able to see through the eyes of the monsters she controlled. She lead them to attack the fairy head on, but only lost more Trolls as the fairy got more irritated.

Val rolled her eyes, placing her hand on the crystal ball. "Go after the wizard while he's down. The girl will lose her will to fight soon enough. Kill him for all I care. Make sure they suffer, so the fairy knows just how weak she is."
