Chapter 4 Heartbreak

"What?" I ask him with my heart pounding. How can I let him continue? He just punched my boyfriend and is now looking at me with eyes full of lust.

"Tell me to stop." He says again, making me breathe deeply. I will not make any rash decisions like last time. Thomas does not deserve an unfaithful girlfriend.

So I followed my gut. I shoved him off punching him straight in the face. Of course I went easy on him all he will get is a nose bleed.

"Get the hell out Twilight." I grit my teeth as I eye him. He just touches the blood which now is dripping on his shirt. Twilight looks up at me and wipes his nose. Both of us just stared at each other for a while till he finally grabbed his coat and left.

Once the door shut I quickly buttoned up my shirt and adjusted myself. Thomas was still on the floor unconscious and he looked fine. It was a relief that he didn't have sex with me just yet. Of course it seemed that way but he was just doing other things to me...

"Thomas." I shook his body softly and called out his name repeatedly and shook him harder till he finally opened his eyes slowly. He groaned and sat up, remaining on the floor. His shirt was off revealing his faint abs and his pants were still on which was good. "Thank goodness you seem okay." I cupped his face rubbing his cheek with my thumb

"What happened?" He asks as he stood up rubbing his face probably because it was hurting.

"A bird flew in and just hit your face hard." I calmly stated as I helped him put his shirt back on. "It flew away and you just hit the ground hard from it." Thomas groans and I just continue to button up his shirt while he will hopefully believe my lie.

"Well I guess we should or I should go back home." Thomas kisses my cheek as he grabs his phone from one of the desks. I just sigh and nod while slipping my heels back on.

"I'll see you later babe." I kissed his lips while he smiled and nodded. "I love you!" I tell him as he walks out but he didn't say it back he just shut the door. My face turned into a sad expression. He always told me he loved me at any moment nonstop and now he doesn't. "It's just stress y/n it's just stress." I mutter to myself as I rub my eyes.

After I cleaned my makeup and my hair I went back out to finish the interviews. Everything went smoothly now that Master Swan left for the day. But I told Thomas I finish around five but it's at least ten. So in the middle of a bathroom break I told him there was a lot more than expected and he just sent a thumbs up. By the time I go back he will be in bed.

"Ms.Crimson when the parents come back we have to discuss something with the Forgers together. I believe that I will be fired so I want you to take my place." Master Henderson says making me a bit sad if he does.

"I will be happy to do that if it does happen sir." I shake his hand with a warm smile present on my face. "I don't want it to happen because you have been such a good mentor and I just enjoy working with you." I wanted to hug him but he doesn't seem like the hugging type.

"We best be on our way now y/n, and thank you for the sympathy." He says in that same tone as he walks away making me sigh

I went the opposite direction to go to my car. Yes, the whole thing with Twilight has been on my mind. He wants me but how can I do that? He most likely is still with W.I.S.E. That is obviously a fake family with how strange he and Yor were acting. Why must he come into my life now? He...They said he thought I was a burden on him and he was relieved when I died. How can I let someone like that back in my life?

I stayed in my car outside of my apartment for at least thirty minutes because I didn't want to go inside with Twilight on my mind. The night sky was comforting along with the way the street lights lit up.
