Carlos sat on the ground, the zombies on the other side of the fence still trying to stack up but Daniel and Charles were beating them off with a crowbar. A shaky sigh escaped him, he still struggled to grasp the fact that this was real. His head hung low as he began to think of where they could go. Surely Lando or Lewis would know somewhere nearby as they were both English. He had zoned out to think about it and when he snapped back the others were surrounding him.
"Finally. Though you were dead!" Lando murmured before helping him up with a smile beneath his helmet, "Anyways, we are going to go to that abandoned hotel over there. Me and Lewis are sure there will be supplies there! Maybe a bit old but hey they'll work until help arrives." The other man grinned before they started to walk. Carlos rubbed his head, it was throbbing violently and he could only pretend like he was okay. Lando frowned and patted him on the back in a soothing manner as they walked a mile or so to reach the abandoned hotel. It was most likely one of the creepiest things he had ever witnessed in his life. A shiver ran down his spine, however, Lewis was probably right about there being weapons stored there... he clenched his fists as Daniel eagerly unlocked the door with a toothpick, he couldn't stand how the Aussie wasn't even the slightest bit worried. He entered third because he was too scared to go at the front or the back. Unsurprisingly, Daniel wanted to go first and Seb volunteered to go at the back.
"How about we split up so we can get a more thorough search?" Daniel suggested, "In our pairs??" He said afterwards. Pierre and Charles childishly moved towards each other like in a class full of kids when they get to pick their partner in a project. Max moved towards Danny, "Okay, so, me and Max! Lewis and Seb, Lando and Carlos, Pierre and Charles!" He grinned.
"Pierre and Charles search the third floor. Daniel and Max search the second floor. Lando and Carlos search this floor. Me and Lewis will search the basement." Seb confirmed, "Then we meet back here in half an hour! Alright? No sneaking off!" He sternly said, crossing his arms.
"Okay..." Everyone agreed before departing towered they were going to go.
