Arsalan Hamdani was not someone who you could mess around with. His sixth sense and sharp wit was not something everyone can compete with. But more than that, his cold demeanor and the undoubtedly leadership skills makes people fear him. But one thing the people doesn't know is that, he's very protective of his feelings. It's a saying that quite people loves ferociously. His emotions are deep and intense. Dark and mysterious. Passionate and maddening. Whatever he feels, he feels them to his bone.
So when he saw the suggestive glances those men sent to Eira the oblivious girl with an even clueless attitude he wanted nothing more than to snap at those men. But he held his calm demeanor toward them because he needs to. For now. Seeing the intoxicated state he was sure they will blabber the secret plotting he is doing against him.
"So PM sahab, shaddi bagera kuch karna hai bhi nahi?" One man asked with a slurry voice. Vodka was doing it's job.
Arsalan didn't replied as he went through the documents.
"That's none of your business Mr. Khan. Say something useful if you want to go somewhere nice with me." He muttered, his hazel eyes swiping over the old words.
At this the old man stopped grinning as he sat straight. His bulky stomach couldn't held the suit together or so because it looked like the buttons were going to come off any seconds.
"Sir... the chaudheries.." at this he snapped only his eyes toward the old man who was looking here and there nervously. Arsalan put down his documents and crossed his legs over his knees. His intense eyes set on the nervous man as he swiped his sweats off. For a second his hazel eyes snapped toward Adam and he subtly nodded.
"I'm listening."
"Woh uska kuch plan chalraha hai-" his words were cut off as a black bulky looking man came rushing toward him holding a phone. He leaned down toward Arsalan and whispered something in his ear. Arsalan frowned and took the phone that the man forwarded. He didn't said anything nor did his eyes gave anything away as he cut off the call after muttering a 'Let them come.'
He stood up abruptly as he signaled Adam who rushed toward him. Those two men were sitting there looking casually clueless. But even they could sense the suddenly created situation in the house.
"Escort them out. And you know what to do right?" Arsalan said to Adam. His eyes dead serious and as Adam nodded he felt like for the first time he could hope he'll not mess it up this time.
Saying this he whirled around leaving the room towards his study. His pace normal but firm. The air was suddenly closed off its lid of happiness as he felt his alarm and wall tighten with a feeling he couldn't say. It was the gut feeling saying something is wrong.
When he was crossing the second floor, he took a turn and decided to do what his heart tells him to do for the first time. He followed his gut feelings and his Bibijaan's words.
