As they were helping hiccup, he say something flew towards Astrid. As his eye widened he jumped off and pushed her out of the way and her eyes widened as she fell down but realized what hiccup had done when her eyes landed on a stake in his stomach a second later. As he fell she ran to him and was begging for him to stay.
"Please... no... I-I can't lose you...." Astrid said sobbing while looking at hiccup in the eyes.
"No... Please... Not now..." Astrid begged.
"I'm sorry Astrid, my love. Yes, I do love you and always will mo-" Hiccup coughs as blood is flowing out of his stomach and mouth at an alarming rate, "Please move on, and live a happy life," Hiccup said and kissed Astrid which she reincorporated not realizing it would be his last breath...
