Chapter 23

Izzy's POV

I woke up to a white room and what looked like a doctor writing on a clip bored. I looked at my wrist and saw it was badged up to my elbow. I lost control.

"Your awake" he said looking at me and coming over. "How are you feeling?" he asked.

"Okay I guess. Where are my friends?" I asked him still in bit of a daze.

"They are in the waiting room. I'll go get them but not too long of a visit because you need your rest" he said walking out of the room. I was scared to see Louis. I thought he didn't love me anymore. How could he? I'm a freak who just cut so bad she was hospitalized and had blood everywhere.

I heard footsteps coming from the hall and I saw Louis coming through the door. He stopped in the doorway blocking everyone. His eyes were red and puffy and I knew he had been crying.

"Izzy..." he said in a hushed tone. He ran over to me and grabbed my hand. "Izzy I'm so sorry! I shouldn't have yelled at you like that! I'm terrible! Please please forgive me!" he held onto my hand and cried so hard he was shaking.

"Lou, of course I forgive you. But this is all my fault. I should have told you to start with. I shouldn't have kept it a secret" I said looking down at him. My heart broke seeing him like this knowing it was all my fault. If I hadn't cut we wouldn't be here and he wouldn't be crying.

"Izzy of course this isn't your fault. You were upset. No one blames you. We all love you" Liam said walking over and hugging me while kissing me on the cheek. Soon all the lads came over and hugged me telling me they loved me. Last was my best friend who knew what it was like to be in this position.

"Isabella Elizabeth Marie! You scared the fuck outta me! What were you thinking! You know you could have came to me!" She said while hugging me so tight I couldn't breathe.

"A-Alex. Can't. Breathe." I said trying to get her off me.

"Oops sorry" she said pulling back a little. Louis laughed and I looked at him. He was still by my side holding my hand and I knew he wasn't going anywhere. I forgot all the others were there. It was just me and him. He squeezed my hand and lent up to kiss my lips. It was soft at first but slowly became more passionate.

"Hey! Get a room!" a voice said disconnecting us. I blushed tomato red and Louis just looked at me. His eyes sparkled like they did before this happened. I was falling head over heels in love with him.

"How are you feeling?" Zayn asked with concern written all over his face. 

"I feel better. A lot less pain but thats probably the morphine. A little sick to my stomach though" I said a bit uneasy.

"Excuse me but Miss Marie needs her rest. I will allow one person to stay in the room with her but the others will have to go home or stay in the waiting room" the doctor said coming in and checking my monitor.

"I'll stay" Louis said immidalty giving no one else the time to answer. 

"Okay. We are going to stay in the waiting room. Let us know if you need anything" Harry said kissing my cheek then leaving the room. They all kissed me goodbye then left. I was getting very tired but I still had that sick feeling.

"Love get some rest I'll be right here when you wake up" Louis said kissing my lips then sitting back in his chair.

Right then I jumped up and ran to the bathroom with Louis hot on my heels.

"Look away" I told him before violently throwing up.

"No, it's ok. I'm here to help" he said holding my hair and rubbing circles on my back as I threw up.

When I was finally done Louis helped me back to my bed.

"Here take the trash can incase you need to throw up again. I don't want you to go to the bathroom alone incase you pass out. I'm going to go get the doctor" he said. I felt the blood drain from my face as I threw up. I felt sick and I knew you could tell I was.

"Miss Marie. You lost a lot of blood with your incident. We aare not sure how much but we are doing tests to find out. Because of the lost of blood you are going to get sick. If you lost too much blood then you will have to have a blood transfusion. If not, then we will observe you for a few more days then let you go" Blood transfusion. My worst nightmare. What I lost my sister too.
