Chapter 38

    Alex's POV

I woke up to Niall gently shaking me awake.

"Hey, princess. Where getting off the plane now." He said softly. I opened my eyes and yawned. I stretched and when Niall stood up, I followed suit and grabbed my stuff.

He held my hand as we walked to get our other luggage and once we got it we walked out to our rental car. We loaded up the car and got in.

"Oh god. I'm so nervous, Ni." I said. He took my hand and squeezed it comfortingly.

"They will love you. I promise." He said. I nodded and just focused on waking up before we go to his parents house.

We finally got to the house and were grabbing our suit cases. I took deep breathes and tried to think positive.

We walked up to the house and he knocked. A few moments later the door opened and his mother cried out in delight.

"Niall! My baby! Oh and you must be Alex! Oh come in!" She said moving out of the way. I smiled as we walked in and a boy a couple years older than Niall walked over.

"Hi, I'm Niall's brother Greg. Nice to meet you!" He smiled, shaking my hand.

"I'm Alex. Lovely meeting you, as well." I smiled. He took our bags up to the spare room and we followed Niall's mum into the living room.

"I'm Maura. It's so lovely to finally meet you! You are more beautiful than Niall described!" She exclaimed. I blushed and thanked her.

"Let me go get Chris!" She said and ran up the stairs. I sat on Niall's lap and he wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed my cheek.

Maura walked back in with her husband right behind her.

"Chris this is Niall's fiancée, Alex. Alex this is Chris." Maura introduced us. I stood up and shook his hand.

"Nice to meet you, sir." I smiled. He smiled and motioned for me to sit down.

"You too, Alex. We've heard a lot about you from Niall." He said. Niall blushed and laughed lightly. We sat around talking for a few hours until Maura and Chris went to bed.

Niall and I walked up to the room we were staying in and got ready for bed. We stayed up and talked about the wedding for awhile.

"Ni?" I asked after a while. He looked at me, waiting for me to continue.

"Since you and the lads are going back on tour soon and Lou and Izzy are getting married in a few weeks, why don't we just have a double wedding? Ill talk to Izzy tomorrow if you're okay with it?" I asked. I looked at him and his lips curved into a smile.

"I think that's a wonderful idea. You talk to Izzy and we'll figure out what to do from there on." He agreed. I smiled and kissed his lips.

"Good night." I whispered. He repeated it and we laid down and fell asleep.
