Getting to my place I saw Natsuo outside waiting. I hurried up and called out to him a bit surprised.

"Hey Natsu, what are you doing here? Something wrong?" I asked worried as I saw him looking upset.

He sighed and simply hugged me. It wasn't hard for me to guess our dad was behind this.

"What did he do now?" I asked as I brought him into my apartment.

Having him take a seat and offering his favorite drink, he began to explain, "Despite what Fuyumi tries to make me believe he's never going to change. He's still the same guy who doesn't let us interfere with Shoto or lets us talk freely."

"I know Natsu, but Fuyumi isn't trying to make you feel bad or pressured. She just yearns for a family."

"So do I." He exclaimed, "But he doesn't make it easy. First he's upset because I don't have a fire quirk like Shoto, then he's upset because I didn't follow in his footsteps in wanting to become a hero. And now..."

"What did he say now?"

"He told Fuyumi and I to not cause any distractions for Shoto or to interfere in their relationship. Apparently Shoto's been distant with him and hostile. He blames me sort of because of that. But Sis I can't help but speak the truth!"

"I know." I agreed with him. "The only reason he lets me near Shoto is because of my ranking. Otherwise I can be sure that he wouldn't even want me near Shoto."

"Is that why you left?"

I somewhat nodded, "I can't stand the way he treats Shoto or the rest of you. But the one time I tried standing up to him he almost hit me."

"That-"

"It's fine. Nothing happened." I shrugged, "But hey this isn't about me. It's about you."

"Shoto along with his class was targeted by villains. I just wanted to know if he was okay but Endeavor didn't let me speak to him. He's on about how we distract him and... it's unfair. For both us and Shoto who can't even express himself. I'm sure he was at least a little frightened, facing off those villains who also hurt their teacher."

"Their teacher got hurt?" I asked a little hesitant. "Who was it again?"

"I think Shoto said Mr. Aizawa. He uses a capture weapon that looks like a scarf or something. I didn't have much time to talk to him about it."

I felt my stomach drop. It's been years since I heard of Shota. My heart doesn't ache for him as it used to but... he's somewhat my ex... but Natsuo doesn't need to know that.

"Is he okay?" I questioned concerned.

He nodded, "He'll be fine. I heard he's just covered in bandages and hoping to recover. The Sports Festival is soon to come and that's why Shoto needs to prepare." he further explained.

"Ah." I nodded with understanding, "But that still doesn't justify dad's behavior towards you and Fuyumi."

"Have you talked to him?"

I shook my head no. "Eh... he got mad at me for 'wasting my time' working for the HC. Apparently I should still be working for him instead of going on missions as undercover. He sort of spotted me working as a waitress one time he was out with a few other heroes."

"Ohh so that's why he was asking us if we knew about any side jobs you had." he hummed.

"Well I rather stay where I'm working now than to have dad spy on my work. I don't even feel like I deserve my ranking either... It's probably because I'm his daughter or something. But then again only a few know I'm his daughter, well Blaze being his daughter."
