Daphne stands in the kitchen of Meredith's house, unpacking the groceries Susan had bought.
"Wait so you're daughter is in medical school?"
Susan gives Daphne a smile and nods, obviously proud of her daughter, "Yes, Alexandra or Lexie. She's suppose to start her intern year next year and I think she's actually thinking of Seattle Grace."
Daphne nods as she puts cheez it's into the pantry, "That's nice, does she have a particular type of surgery she likes yet?"
"I think she likes neuro, but she's still looking" Daphne nods and turns back to Susan, "Well if she decides to go here, let me know, I'll help her out a little."

The Latina intern stands next to the nurses desk, talking with a nurse named Holly, "Doll!"
Daphne turns to Mark as he nears closer with the chief by his side, "Hey Mark, what's up?"
"How about we have dinner tonight?"
Daphne stares at the smirking man, confused, "We had dinner last night?" Mark nods and steps a little closer, standing right over her forcing her to look up at him, "I know but I want to see you again."
Daphne looks at him confused, "Okay, come to my place at 7, Callie's going to be at George's."
Mark nods and looks to Richard, "Wingman." Daphne rolls her eyes, slapping the man on his chest before walking away.
"I love you!"
"I love you too Mark!"

Daphne and Mark stand at the bar, watching as Richard try's to flirt with a girl, "This is so bad, why are we watching?"
Mark chuckles, "I don't know doll. I don't know." Daphne smiles and turns back to Joe, ordering a water, "You okay? You never get water at a bar so early into the evening."
Daphne nods, "Yeah, I've just felt a little off today, that's all." Mark nods and gives the girl a small kiss, when he's cut off by sniffling, "Who the hell is cry- oh."
Daphne turns to find Callie crying next to her, "Callie what's wrong?"
Callie let's out a sniffle, "I-I was supposed to have a coffee date with George but he never showed up." She let's out a breath, trying to calm herself down, "A-and apparently he was with Izzie the whole night and when I asked him where he was he lied to me."
Daphne sighs, "Oh Cal, I'm sorry. How about we go home and watch some movies, what about clueless?"
Callie shakes her head, "I couldn't, you and Mark are staying there tonight." Daphne shakes her head, "Don't worry about us" she turns to Mark, "it's okay if we reschedule, right?"
"Of course doll, i'll see you tomorrow." He places a kiss on her lips before grabbing his jacket and leaving the bar, "Come on Callie, let's go home and watch some movies."
