Daphne stands with her sister, them both reading over a chart as Daphne is on Callie's service today, when the elevator reaches the third floor, their floor.
George steps off first, looking frazzled, and is immediately swarmed by Izzie, "George! What happened?"
He shakes his head as the two sisters step off, Callie in a dream like state reading the chart and Daphne now paying attention.
The younger sister watches as Izzie gets scared of the two sisters and shares that look with George. She stares back at her confused, why the hell does Izzie Stevens look so scared?

Daphne and Meredith walk towards Christina and the rest of the interns. Christina sighs loudly, successfully gaining the attention of her best friends, "Hey you okay?"
Christina shakes her head, "I don't know. It's all just hitting me; stupid Burke dumping me, and then stupid Mama coming to reclaim her magic necklace."
Meredith stares at her scared while Daphne just gets even more confused, "Do you want to talk about it."
"No! Not really, not... yet."
"Okay we'll if there's anything we can do..." Christina cuts her off, "You know I just wish I had a good, bloody surgery. You know bloody surgeries make me feel better."
She sighs and then calls her interns, telling them to follow her. Daphne also calls her interns and follows her, "What the hell was that?"
She lets out an aggravated sigh, but also a chuckle, "She's sleeping with McDreamy, but I need her to admit it!"
Daphne gasps, "Oh my god, how did I not see it!" Christina shakes her head, "I don't know, but I'm gonna get it out of her!"
"Me too!"

Daphne stands with Callie outside of Callie's patients room, watching as Callie's leg bounces, "Callie? What is wrong with you?"
"I think George is cheating on me."
Daphnes ice tea drops to the ground, the ice and drink spreading everywhere. The two sisters bend down and start to clean it up, some nurses handing them napkins.
"C-callie, what did you mean by that."
Callie sighs and sits against the wall, "I think George is cheating on me. Over the last couples months he's been distant, even more since we found out I'm pregnant, and he tried to sit me down last night but I would let him. I can't have it, my husband can't be cheating on me."
