Eddie's POV
Eddie had expected Steve to be gone, but he still felt his stomach drop nonetheless. Perhaps it was the thought of him getting attacked by Jason and his goons as he tried to leave, or maybe he was just hungry. He tried to pay no mind to either thought, however, and got dressed. He needed to seek out a meeting with Robin today.
Shoving on his boots, he ran out the front door and leapt into his car. Maybe today was going to be better.

Robin's POV
'Hey, hey! Robin!' Eddie called out to the brunette, 'Over here!' Robin looked around oddly, before quickly following Eddie into a broom closet.
'So. Let me get right to my point.' Robin nodded. She had learnt that Eddie's broom closet meetings were always important, ever since she had first dragged him into one to ask him about his handkerchief. Now, they had formed somewhat of an alliance.
'Right, ok. How did you know you liked Vickie?' Eddie enquired, a serious expression on his face. Robin frowned.
'Um... well, I had known her for ages, not personally obviously, and then one day she came up to me in band we just started talking, and everything just... clicked. I realised that I had actually been into her for ages, I just didn't really... understand.' She paused for a moment.
'Eddie is this about Ste-'
'Ah! You know what we say, completely confidentiality in the closet.'
'Doesn't mean you can't still tell me though.'
'Just... promise me you won't tell Steve, or even make it slightly obvious in front of him.' Robin put up three fingers in a mock salute,
'I, Robin Buckley, promise you, Eddie Munson, to never speak a word of your crush to anyone.'
'Especially Steve.' Eddie said firmly.
'Especially Steve.' Robin smiled back.
'Sooo do you want to talk about it now?' Robin uttered.
'Desperately.' Robin nodded as if in approved for Eddie to gush about Steve.
'Right, well-' But before he could start, they heard the closet door creak open.
There stood Jason, with a black eye and a bandaid over his nose, a triumphant expression plastered over his smug face.
'Well, well, looks like I found the little queer hideout. Oh! And wouldn't it be a shame if I was recording your conversation!' With that, he held up a tape recorder.
Robin and Eddie just sat there in shock.
'Can't believe you just confessed about how much of a little slut you are for Harrington! It'd be a shame if he got a hold of this tape...' He made a fake pouting face.
Eddie lunged at Jason, attempting to tackle him so that he could grab the tape, but Jason moved backwards just at the right time, so that Eddie fell onto the ground at his feet.
'You can get the tape back... for the right price. Meet me after school today at the old cemetery. See you then, fucking queers.' Jason walked off with a disgusted expression.
'Well fuck.' Robin piped up.
