Chapter 2 : SYNK Game ( Part 2 )

While Karina and Jeno are still in a coma cause they're now in the game, Jaemin, Winter and NingNing are still looking at two of them with worried in their eyes.

NingNing then looked at Chenle and said,

"They will still be okay right, cause i'm feeling bad about this already."

Winter then turned to calm down her friend, she caressed NingNing's back and said,

"Don't worry, it's just a game so it's not that dangerous as what you are thinking."

Chenle also came beside his girlfriend and said,

"Yeah, don't worry, it's just a beta version so they finish it quickly, but if there's something that happened i can turn off the system to ensure their safety."

While the others are still waiting for Jeno and Karina to wake up, Jaemin silently stands up and take out his phone to call Haechan, cause Jaemin is worried about his friend, he has been absent for school for so many days now.

It took Haechan a while to answer the call,

[ Jaemin-ah, why are you calling me ? ]

Jaemin notice that Haechan's voice is a bit dry, maybe he's sick, looks like Jaemin also noticed that so he said,

"Are you having a cold or something ?"

Haechan then said,

[ Yeah, i have been having a fever since last week but i'm fine now ]

Jaemin then encouraged his friend,

"It good to hear it from you, always remember to take care of yourself first, don't be overwork okay ?"

Haechan just smiled and said,

[ Got that, but don't talk to me like i'm your son or something, i'm already old enough ]

After that Jaemin just ended the call, suddenly he heard Winter's voice talking,

"Jeno-ah, Karina, are you guys okay ?"

He quickly ran to the others and saw that Jeno and Karina's body is shaking, he sat down beside them, he then turned to ask Chenle,

"What's wrong with them ?"

But instead of giving them a specific answer, Chenle just shook his head and sighed, no one knows what is happening with the two of them.

After hearing the announcement from Chenle, the screen suddenly disappeared in thin air, i just hold Jeno's arm tighter and keep going.

Jeno suddenly said while we're walking,

"So this is what you've been interested about these days, now are you satisfied with these things ?"

I just shook my head and followed him, there're so many strange things here, those spaceships flying in the sky and even skyscrapers buildings.

Suddenly we saw some people who's walking towards us, but seem like they didn't notice that we're here, Jeno quickly pulled my hand to go with him, we then hide behind a brush.

He covered my mouth with his hand and signed me to keep quiet, we sat there and watched them from afar, looks like they're on patrol.

Suddenly a man said,

"Have you seen the strangers here ?"

I heard another man said,

"No but they're still around here, they can't run that fast to escape, let's go."
