Chapter 8 : Special powers ( Part 2 )

I'm finding Winter in the whole school now and i can't see her anywhere, we're already promised to visit her grandma after school then go to my house to study and prepare for our test tomorrow.

But when i came to our class to look for her, i saw Winter is talking to Haechan about something i don't know but they seem to be so serious.

I badly want to run to them to know what they're talking about but then i just stopped and watched them from afar.

After a while, i then saw Winter is crying and i don't know why, but then i saw her hugging Haechan which made my blood boiling up, but then they're walking towards me so i quickly go away.

When i'm waiting for Winter at the school gate, i still can't believe that there's something about her that she doesn't want me to know and share it with another one instead of me.

A while later, i saw her running towards me, after catching her breath, she said,

"I forgot my phone in the class so i go back there to take it, sorry for making you wait."

But i just acted like there's nothing happened and i didn't see anything, i faked a smile and said,

"Let's go, your grandma is waiting for us."

I then call my driver to take us to the hospital, i'm an honest person so i don't want to lie to anyone, but this time, i think it's better not to be honest like always.

•Winter's POV•

After we arrived at the hospital, we came inside the room where my grandma is resting, she's still sleeping peacefully, i then sat down next to her bed and watched her.

Jaemin then sat down beside me, but he seems to be distracted by something recently, i want to ask him why but i think it's something personal so maybe i shouldn't.

I drink some water, while Jaemin is still focusing on his phone, i took a deep breath and turned to ask him,

"Hey, are you not feeling well ?"

But he looks at me and shook his head, i don't know what's wrong with him, but then he suddenly said,

"I think your grandma is fine so we can go now, we're still have a lot more things to do."

Now that i remembered about going to Jaemin's house cause we need to prepare for our test tomorrow, i promised to teach him Math cause he's quite bad at it, i'm the Math Club's Leader so it's my duty to help him in Math.

We finally arrived at his house and we're standing in the in the front yard, i'm still looking around his house, this is my first time here but but since i knew Jaemin's family is crazy rich so it doesn't surprise me at all.

He's still trying to find the key inside his bag cause his parents are going on a vacation to France since last week, so that's why i can come to his house today.

Somehow i wished i could have a lot of money like his family so that i can pay for my grandma's hospital fees without worry or doing those part-time jobs.
