My body began a fit of panic, yet again those eyes broke me. He kept his distance across the room and he watched me as I watched him. Like a predator waiting for each other to pounce, A husky cough broke the silence. We both turned are attention towards the door. "i thought you were just going to grab a girl?, any will do its not like she will last long" a man now appeared. He was older, though no older then late teens. He had a twinkle in his eye, like he was doing something he shouldn't. It was clear that he wasn't as superior as the blonde boy, even his clothing showed that. The boy from before now wore very fine, elegant well stitched clothing. His hair still covered his face but now he wore a top hat. It seemed vampires were stuck in the past.
The blonde now looked over me again, then began looking me up and down. He came closer one step at a time, each one he took i backed away. Until I felt a jolt of pain on my head, yet again I had hit it. I wasn't paying attention to the wall behind me, but the beast in front. A valid reason. My legs began shaking again like they were separate from my body, they collapsed at my weight. Before i reached the floor, the boy had caught me by my elbow. I had to blink twice,I couldn't comprehend what I just saw. It was like there was no effort, he glided in seconds towards me, catching me and holding my body weight. I couldn't leave his eyes, i just watched him slowly. " I'll take this one, Alfred " his voice like a melody different to the screams I heard before. He didn't let go of me instead he moved my body into his chest. I realised he was actually taller then me, but much smaller then Alfred. Though before I swear he was smaller then anyone in the van.
We left that room and made are way through hallways. We past many doors, screaming came from some, i buried myself into his chest. I didn't know what to aspect, it seems neither did he. He jumped at my sudden movement, i just buried in more. To which he pulled me closer, i felt sleepy. My eyes hardly were open, I didn't understand the situation. So I let my eyes drop. I just wanted to leave, I pressed my ear against him. No heartbeat. No heat. He was a vampire.
We came to a halt, the air was cleaner and more refreshing here,We must be near an exit. I open my eyes to find we were at a desk. They took my arm and scanned the symbol, replying with a beep. " Would you like us to burn your family emblem in it, sir? And how about we knock it out for a while to ensure a safe return?" Burn? Knock it out? What was I to them?.
" That won't be necessary and I'll just have a chain on her wrists " He spoke with no emotion and his eyes just glued to me. I just left these and their back on me again, though I have a feeling I will be wrapped up in chains for the rest of my life. I wouldn't mind them if they didn't tighten at sudden movements.
We made are way towards the outside, passing many high tech exits. Each one requiring a new code, there was no way to escape, i knew that now. Once we had finally got to last door, day light peaked through. It felt like I hadn't seen real light in days, I didn't have much time to admire it. The man who was in the room earlier, who I now believe to be Alfred, put up an umbrella across are heads. I looked up at them with my eyebrows knotted, the boy ignored me. Alfred saw this, then smirked like a devil to me. I reburied into his chest not caring about what was happening. I could hear a engine of an old car, I didn't realise we were so close to it until I was dropped on a soft surface. It was the most beautiful car I had ever seen, leather seats, shaded windows. Though a metallic smell filled the air, the smell of blood.
