ALLISON ran out the door and put her arms up in the air, seeing multiple men point guns at her as she walked across the street.

"Allison." The Govenor stated proudly. "What are you doing here? Where are your friends?"

"I don't know, I've lost them. I—I'm not stupid. I have no weapon. What's the point in dying? You already know where we are." She said frustratingly.

"So you've come to join us." He said arrogantly.

"Not willingly." She said, not knowing if her acting was believable.

Suddenly, smoke came from the street as a grenade went off. She ran toward the other side, giving her enough time to let the Governor's guard down. He shot at her but missed as she ran over to Daryl, who was the closest to her.

He shot and covered her, hiding Allison behind his back. He turned back clearly running out of ammo and frowned. "What now?" Allison asked fearfully.

He kept shooting with a different gun and that's all Allison saw before her vision suddenly went black.

—A—

Her vision blurred as she woke up slowly feeling her hands tied behind her back. Somehow she was walking as the Governor trailed her behind him.

She looked around seeing a crowd of people and fire hitting every corner. He laughed, as she looked up at him. The eyepatch made her blink quickly, wondering if that's really what she saw.

"What can I say?" He said to his people. "Hasn't been a night like this since the walls were completed."

He dragged Allison down and sat her on a chair, making her confused. "And I thought we were past it— past the days when we all sat, huddled, scared in front of the TV during the early days of the outbreak. The fear we all felt then, we felt it again tonight. I failed you."

Allison looked around the crowd, catching sight of a blonde she recognized, staring right back at her. "Andrea?" Allison questioned.

Andrea began to stand up, going toward her before being stopped by mutiple strong men. The Govenor continued his speech, "I promised to keep you safe. Hell, look at me. You know, I— I should tell you that we'll be okay, that we're safe, that tomorrow we'll bury our dead and endure, but I—I won't, because I can't. Because I'm afraid."

Allison kept her eyes on Andrea, wondering how the hell she survived and how she ended up here. "That's right. I'm afraid to terrorists who want what we have." He said looking at Allison. The crowd booed her like it was a sports game. "Want to destroy us! And worse... because one of those terrorists... is one of our own."
