MICHONNE gasped waking up from a bad dream. Allison looked over at her concerned and touched on the shoulder, "Are you okay?"

Michonne noddly slowly and sat up, beginning to look around the car. "Allison?" She looked over at her softly. "I—Can I tell you something? I trust you. You know what it's like."

"Of course." Allison said.

Michonne nodded and shakily caught her breath, "At the beginning of the outbreak, I lost my son, Andre, and my boyfriend Mike. When Merle talked about the two pet walkers I had, it was Mike and his best friend, Terry. I couldn't let them go. I—"

"Michonne.." She said slowly. "You don't have to talk about this if you don't want to."

"No, I want to. I want you to know me Allison. You deserve to know. You're my best friend." She said softly, tears rolling down her face.

Allison wiped them, smiling softly at her. "You're mine too." She frowned, thinking about Michonne's story. No wonder she was so guarded when they first met. "Your son, how old was he?"

"Three."

Allison's heart broke.

"I'm—"

"Don't say you're sorry." Michonne said sharply. "You have no reason to be. You've lost as much as I have. I'm— I wanted to tell you because I want you to know that's it's possible."

Allison looked at her confused and Michonne continued, "I stayed alive, even when I was alone because I knew there were good people out there Allison. People like you. People like your father." She looked up at her sadly. "I want you to stay alive for them. I want you to know it's possible."

Allison nodded and reached over to hug Michonne tightly. "I love you." She said quietly, squeezing her shoulders.

"I—I love you too." Michonne said hesitantly, but she smiled. She never knew if she was gonna say those words ever again—but she did. And that was one of the best feelings in the whole world.

—A—

Michonne and Allison came upon a residential area, which made her a little happy. They walked into a house that already had the door open slightly.

They both looked down at a dead walker and Allison picked up a note.

Please do what I couldn't. — Joe Jr.

Allison sighed sadly, throwing it on the ground. That was definitely not the inspiration she needed. Her and Michonne walked outside, and Allison watched her slice a walkers head off.

They walked alone and down the road until Allison stopped after hearing something down at her feet. She looked down and kicked the object. It was a large can of chocolate pudding. It was already eaten.
