  “Assumption Trapped: Chapter 6
"Aligrea: The Quest 2"

Someone's Point of View

At the back of the door, is a fuming mad person. Well yeah, fuming mad is understatement, really! No words can express how this certain person feel. No one in this living hell world can describe how it feels to felt such extreme fury!

Everything is working like planned! Why on hell that criminal manage to free himself? He's nothing! His whole life is nothing but a trash needed to be thrown! He deserves every cruelty this world could offer! He committed it! I know! It was him! He's the criminal!

"HE IS THE MURDERER!" Exclaimed by the person.

He doesn't deserve to be free! He committed the crime without mercy.

"Why did they even let that criminal be free?" From feeling such extreme fury, the person behind that door starts crying, it's as if he's having a sudden mood swing.

"He didn't deserve it."

The person gulped. Heave a deep sigh and try to be calm. "But even so, this won't take any long. I'll make sure of that!"

"The one's who commit a sin shall need to suffer!"

Reign's Point of View

At the middle of the night, a person who just being free early this morning seems like sleeping peacefully but then just like his life 6 years have passed, just like how he used to, a nightmare came to visit him again.

Yes it was, Reign. The one and only, the one who believes that a victim of a framed up.

Such a very unfortunate guy, isn't he?

Everything is messed up. His life is messed up, his reputation is messed up. His whole life is close to being hell.

How could I be like this?

That's the question that Reign himself can't answer. The answer is still vague but more like the question itself is vaguer.

Reign hurriedly woke up as if he's in a sort of rush. He's breathing is uneven. His heartbeat, beat so damn fast and loud. Reign shook his head and calm himself.

He did the breathing exercise and it worked. It calm him, somehow.

Feeling so uneven, he get off from his bed. After the nightmare he had, he know for sure that he can't back to sleep anymore until dawn. So he just simple took his hoodie jacket and cap then decide to leave his apartment at the middle of the night.

It's already past midnight.

While leaving his room, he came to ask himself.

"Where I be going anyway?"

"Past midnight yet still outside, really Reign Allison?" He sarcastically added. Still, talking to himself.

He couldn't back off, he's already out so let it be. There's nothing wrong, I'm no longer prison now, so yea, let's have a walk in the plaza. Reign thought.

He went straight at the plaza right after stepping out from his apartment building. He's gaze is straight to where his walking but half of his attention was all around him.

He can't be careless. He should be on full guard all the time.

For being imprisoned for 6 damn years. He already learn almost everything he needs to learn. His suffering behind bars was the reason why he encourage himself to do something, something that even him can't imagine he can do until his doing it. It was good that he realized it sooner. He has now the ability almost everyone lacked.

He surely can analyse things now.

Thanks to that old man who helped me all through out. The criminal they claimed to be a 'serial killer' was the reason why he learns so much. He gave him the lessons, the moral, and so as he teach him to become physically strong.

That old man is really a serial killer a bit crazy yet that old man also has the heart to help someone on need. He may not be the cleanest person I know, but he's the soft hearted criminal I've known.

I still can remember the last message he said before my parole.

"Don't be afraid to fight for your freedom. I don't kill people just because I want to but rather, I'm eliminating them because they don't deserve the freedom they're savoring. At the very beginning since you were brought here, I've been observing you, for the past 6 years. Reign, i'm not a serial killer for nothing, I know a criminal when I see one. And I will tell you, I didn't see you as someone who can commit such perfect crime. I didn't see you as a criminal! And now that you are out of this hell, fight for the freedom they're trying to steal from you young man!"

"Fight for yourself! Fight for the freedom you deserve number 3546, Reign Allison Cardova!"

That was the last words I heard from him. Indeed, human can be the kindness yet human can also be the worst among worst! It's really up to us on what kind of path we'll be walking through!

Reaching at the plaza, Reign sat on one of the concrete bench near him. He's both hands where hid on the pocket of his hoodie. Good thing that his wearing a jacket or else he'll really feel every cold wind that caress on his skin.

After a short while, just staring at the the darkness, his alone time was interrupt. His thinking so deep that he  didn't realize that someone is now heading to where he was.

Almost immediately, he readied himself. He was about to run when suddenly a voice stopped him.

"It's already past midnight, why are you still outside? Don't you know the word curfew?" Said by the person.

He slowly faced the owner of the voice only to find out that they were the watchers on duty. He knows it because of the clothes they're wearing and not to mention the baton they're holding.

Three watchers infront of Reign. The one who asked, ask for the second time. "I'll ask you again, why are you still outside?"

Reign was hesitant to answer but then he still chose to reason out.

"I'm sorry," Reign said, sincerely. "I didn't know that there's a curfew here. I just moved here this morning, the building right there," Reign motioned his hand to his apartment building. "Is where I temporarily live."

One of the mens nod. "Yeah, that's the only apartment here." He answered. The person infront of him is indeed a new face for them. He can't clearly see his face but he's sure that it's a man behind that cap.

"But I'm sorry, you need to go with us—"

"Why?" Reign cutted the watcher off.

"... For disobeying the golden rule!"

"I didn't know the rules here yet. Can't you put me into consideration?"

"No matter what your reason is, there's no exemption. You break the rule for disobeying it then you'll be facing a consequences." The watcher simply said.

Reign heaved a deep sigh then nod. "Alright then,"

The two watcher came to his side and escorted him. The person who keeps on talking lead their way.

Somehow, it's a good thing that I'm now free, because if I'm still behind bars, I'm pretty sure that bartulina is waiting for me. Then of course, I don't have a record to worry that much.

Tho I still have, yeah. I mean, I still need to build new and good record. But the thing is, it didn't worry me that much because not like behind bars, I now have the freedom to fight for myself.
