The next morning started with lazy cuddles, too many kisses to count and silent giggles between the sheets. Well Wilhelm had his air mattress untouched on the floor... Simon was still surprised, why his mom had even thought that Wille would use it, but he did not protest. If it made Linda happier, let it be. Last night Wille had actually been serious about using the air mattress, because he wanted respect Linda's wishes. But after a small tantrum by Simon, the taller boy had crawled next to him. They both had slept the best night since leaving Hogwarts.
On the morning owled to their friends about coming to Bjärstad instead of Stockholm and after that they left to roam around the city. Wille was so exited about the small town, making Simon to fond over the boy constantly. It was super nice just to hang out together like a normal couple. In here, Wille was just a boy.
Well, of course they were looked a lot, because in Bjärstad was a tiny town, where everybody knew everybody. Some close families occasionally stopped them to greet Simon and ask about his schooling in UK. And of course, there was questions about his 'friend'. Simon was more than proud to introduce Wille to those people as his lovely boyfriend. It was secret to no one at the are that Simon was the 'gay boy' of their town.
Simon's close by neighbour Misses Eklund, age 73, seemed to fell in love with Wille immediately. She could not stop her ramble about how 'polite, mannered and handsome young man' Wilhelm was. The lady even invited them for an afternoon tea, but they politely declined. But Wille was sweet enough to promise to say goodbye to the lady before leaving the town, making her really happy.
They were currently sitting on the local café, having a cup of hot cocoa. A drink, that Wille fell in love with on the first sip and he was now drinking his third cup.
"I start to think, that you might like that cocoa more than me", Simon joked to his boyfriend with a smile.
"I might to be fair", Wilhelm joked back laughing, causing Simon to slap him on the chest. They both just giggled in their little bubble.
"Has this been a nice day?", he asked, while holding Wilhelm's hand on his own.
"Do you believe me, if I say it's been the best?", Wille replied.
"Maybe...", he whispered with a smile.
Their bubble was burst by a sharp knocking on the class next to him. They both jumped on their seat and turned to look the window next to them.
"Oh shit...", Simon breathed out and leaned his head on the seat, exhaling a long breath out.
There was Luna with three letters on her leg tapping intensively the glass and Otis just hooted next to her. There were roughly ten other people in the café and few more on the street, turning their heads and whispering. People were staring the two owls like they were some ancient creatures with three hoots growling from their heads.
"Oh Luna and Otis!", Wille said happily, but Simon signed him to quiet.
"What?", the boy whispered.
"Remember, muggles are not used to owls as a pet!", he whispered to the taller boy's ear as quiet as possibly.
Wille just started to giggle, obviously having fun with Simon's panic. It was one thing to explain the boarding school in UK with scholarships. Bjärstad was a small town and it was not that unfamiliar for kids to apply schools in other locations, especially if they had high grades like he and Sara had. But how he would explain two owls on the coffee shop's window, obviously trying to contact him and Wille...
But Wille just stood up and walked to the café's door. Both owls immediately flied to him, Luna sitting on his head and Otis landing on his outstretched arm. Simon was too frozen to move and his brain activity has shut down. What the fuck Wille was doing?
