Nothing happened between me and Dana at the party. I was disappointed,but what was I expecting. He doesn't care anymore. I sit in bed and think about everything. Should I have stayed with him? I decide to go to sleep because I have school tomorrow. My phone rings and it's Destiny.

"Hello?"

"Shh, pretend you're not here. Just listen." She says.

It stays quiet for a little bit. I was about to hang up when I heard her talk.

"Do you want her back?"

"I- why should I tell you?" Dana asks.

It gets quiet again and I bring my finger close to the screen until I hear him.

"Yes." He answers.

I smile and can feel my cheeks get red.

"Then do something." I hear her footsteps walk away.

"Your welcome." She tells me then hangs up.

I put my phone back in its charger then go to sleep with a smile on my face.

I wake up and remember everything that happened. I smile to myself as I pick out clothes for the day. I change then brush my teeth. I do my hair and make up then grab my bag. I walk to the tree and wait for Ruby. I see her, but she's with Joseph. I try to act like it doesn't bother me.

She gives me and apologetic look. I just smile and nod. I text her that I have things to tell her. We walk in silence expect for Ruby making akward small talk.

When we get to school Joseph leaves and I tell Ruby everything.

"That's good right?" She asks.

"I think so."

"Has he done anything?"

"No."

I see Gabe and the rest of the boys.

"What is Gabe doing here. He graduated already why would he come back to this hell hole?" I ask Ruby.

"She said do something." I hear Gabe say to Dana.

Eden Ann and Gabe are holding hands. She missed him a lot since he graduated. She still has this year.

I see Dana nod and start walking. I think he's going to walk past me so I just look to Ruby who's in front of me.

"What the hell is going on?"Ruby asks.

"I have no-"

I feel his lips on mine. Dana is kissing me. I kiss back and put my arms around his neck and go on my tip toes, just like our first. He rests his hands on my waist and I'm happy. He pulls away and looks at me.

"I love you." He says.

"I love you." I reply.

"I fucked up." He says.

"So did I."

"I love you." He says again.

"I love you."

He kisses me again and I kiss back as we both smile.
