Rukawa Kaede - Pay no mind

You are in the same class as Rukawa Kaede. You were admiring him secretly ever since you got into Shohoku High School. You can see that he doesn't have that many friends aside from his basketball team and of course most of the girls had a crush on him. After all, he's the Rukawa Kaede, a basketball player from Shohoku. Aside from basketball, his hobby is sleeping. When he is sound asleep, don't dare to wake him up. He becomes unstoppable when someone dares wake him up.

You went home since you don't have anything to do at school. You didn't join any clubs in school because you just don't want to. You are not sporty either so you just went home directly since you're excited to play games on your PC.

Even if you admire Rukawa, you don't want yourself to become like the other girls, especially his fans that gave him flowers, chocolates, and love letters, watch his basketball practice, and even cheer him on. You are not that kind of person. You only watch him once, when your friend forced you to watch their basketball game against Shoyo just to see Mitsui Hisashi play. She doesn't like Rukawa because she feels like he's rude. Well, he is indeed rude but he just became rude if someone is pestering him to the point he will lose his patience. An example is Sakuragi Hanamichi.

You were on your way to the canteen just to buy snacks because you got hungry. When you're done, you brought your snacks and go to the rooftop since you don't want to stay in the classroom. You were wearing your earphones on your way to the rooftop listening to some of Chloe Moriondo's songs. You love listening to it.

When you got to the rooftop, you sat beside the door, leaning on it, and eat your snack with you. You didn't notice a man was sleeping since you were scrolling down your phone. You then jam to the song you were listening to.

You sang it softly and you start to snap your fingers. You do have a beautiful voice after all, your other hobby is singing aside from being a gamer. Only a few know about your hobbies aside from your close friends. You don't really have friends that much in school since you are the type of person who is an introvert. The only close friend you have in school is Chiyo. The one who likes Mitsui Hisashi.

"I know my shit's weird

You stopped and take off your earphones. Your eyes widen when you see Rukawa laying down facing you. Your heart skips a beat.

"Why did you stop?" He asked.

You don't know what to say.

Was he there the whole time?

You thought to yourself.

You sighed and look away. You wore your earphones back and start to stand up. You then slowly exit the rooftop as if nothing happened.

"Doahou! What's wrong with her?" Rukawa whispered. He never met someone who just walk away after being asked a question.

Weeks after that happened, it went back to normal. Rukawa was just his usual self ignoring things around him.

After the class, you went out of the classroom wearing your earphones and listening to your playlist. You headbang lightly and that's one thing that everyone finds weird but you didn't care.
