Milo's POV:

Before the surgery:
I sat in the hospital bed with a clipboard on my lap. I had to fill out an emergency contact form. I looked at the ceiling thinking. I have seven siblings...Well, six now, but...I know they're all busy. I sighed writing my mother's contact information. The doctor took the clipboard pulling his phone out. Dialing the number. "We're going to tell Angela you are getting surgery, alright?" I nodded. "Let my mom speak to me, okay? I don't want her to worry that I died." He nodded calling her. I assume she picked up, "Hello, Mrs. Harrison? Your son was in an accident and needs surgery...Of course, you may speak to him." He handed me his phone. "Hey, Mama..." I smiled nervously. 'Baby! What happened!?' my mother asked worriedly. I had seven siblings... Michelle killed one of them. I don't want to tell her it was Michelle. "I was crossing an interception and got hit by a car.. I'll be alright. Just a broken arm." 'You've broken your arm before, baby. Why do you need surgery?' I felt tension come over me. "I..I just do, mama." 'Let me speak to the doctor.' she said. I looked at him holding the phone to my chest. "Do. Not. Tell her Michelle did this." I handed him the phone, and he held it up to his ear, smiling at me. "Michelle Harrison slabbed and badly injured your son. He will need organs replaced." He handed me the phone. I stared at him. You bastard! I'm going to beat your ass!... After surgery... I kinda need this to go well, and you're the one performing surgery on me. But after that you're dead! 'Michelle? Michelle?!' I panicked, "Ah! They're going to do surgery now, bye mama!" I hung up looking at the doctor, pissed. This is going to just go great.

Archer's POV:

Y/N and I got out of the car to see how Milo was doing. Something felt like it was wrong but I couldn't tell what. I walked into the hospital and saw my answer. Milo was sitting down in a wheelchair and a woman in her 30-50s was yelling at him. I sighed walking over, already knowing the situation. "Michelle? What were you doing with Michelle? You know your brother was killed by Michelle. Why were you with Michelle?" I saw Milo sigh, "Mama, please...I'm okay now." "Okay? Okay!? Your organs are all messed up now, and not to mention you can't see! This is what happens when I trust you and let you move away! You're always relying on that Archer guy! What has that Archer guy done for me!? Absolutely nothing, except hurting my poor baby boy." I cleared my throat, making her look over. "Speak of the devil now. Are you here to finish him?" I sighed getting on my knee to be eye-to-eye with Milo. I saw his face scrunch up due to him hating when I get on his level. "Are you alright, Milo?" He'd sigh, "I'm fine, Archer...How long was I in surgery?" I looked up at his mother, "Enough time for her to get here from Washington...But...It was about a day." His mother grabbed my shoulder, "How could you let my baby get hurt!? I've already lost my husband, and one of my sons. I don't want to lose another." I sighed getting up, forcing her to let go of me. "I can assure you I had no involvement in this..." She looked up at me, "Oh! I see! So you weren't there to protect him! My poor baby needs protection, Milo-Baby, you're going to move back with me so I can take care of you!" I watched Milo stare at her, I could tell he was not happy with that. "Mama...Archer...Didn't even know I went. It was my fault I went there alone, and my fault I trusted her. Please...Don't make me go back home..." She looked down at Milo thinking, then looked back at me. "You better take care of my son." I nodded, "Hell, he can even live with me until he gets better." She looked at me angrily, "I don't want to hear you cursing around me, and you better not be cursing around my son." I sighed, "I promise, I won't ever again." She nodded looking at Milo. "He'll stay with you until he gets better." She'd kiss Milo's forehead, "Get better, Bubbeleh." She'd leave moments later. I'd groan looking down at Milo. "At least she didn't hit me with her purse this time..." I chuckled. Milo sighed. "Yeah...Can we go now?" I nodded. "Y/N, do you mind?" I asked looking over. They looked like they zoned out, but they nodded after I snapped my fingers at them. I started to walk outside, and Y/N got behind Milo.

Second person POV:

You started to push Milo's wheelchair. Noticing how light he was. "Do you eat at all?" You asked him nervously. He nodded, "I just fast most of the time..." You looked at him, "Why? You're so thin!" He chuckled, "It's a part of my culture..." Archer nodded unlocking the car, "He's Jewish. It's supost to be like... two days for...What was it,  Rumada?" Milo groaned, "Ramada is the Muslim one, besides that's for a month or two... And I just don't like the thought of being too heavy." "How much do you weigh, if you don't mind me asking..?" He shrugged, "One hundred and one?" Archer shook his head, "The bigger you are, the harder you are to kidnap." Milo stared, "Is that why you're so big?" You couldn't help but laugh at Milo's comment. Archer gave Milo a death stare. "If you're going to live with us, then you should respect my life choices." Milo stared, "I don't want to live with you! I want to be home with my dog!" Archer groaned, "Well that's just too bad, until your mother gets off my back, you can't be alone. According to her." You looked at Archer hesitantly, "Is he really going to live with us because of his mother's demands?" Archer nodded, "I think I saw that woman kill a bird by staring at it once, I'm not going to end up like that bird."
