PETERS POV

I crouch on top of a glass roof, and electro notices me. he turns to look at me, and tilts his head with mock sympathy. "you're too late, spiderman. I designed this power grid. now I'm gonna take back what is rightfully mine" he starts with confidence.

"I will control everything. and I will be like a god to them" he finishes, looking proud. I almost let out a laugh, and say "a god named sparkles?"

I barely get the words out my mouth before electro lets out an infuriated grunt, and the roof shatters into millions of tiny pieces as a result of an electric bolt being shot at it.

I jump down, the wind flowing past me as I flip down into the pipes. if it worked last time, it will work now, right?

I pull the water pipe out with my webs, and direct it at electro. "not this time!" he shouts, as he combats the water with an electrical bolt, that splits into four, spreading itself against the water, stopping it from getting any closer to him.

"is that all you got? come on!" he urges as if he has all the power in the world. he thrusts his hand forwards and sends the water flying at me. I get knocked backward and land on my back with a thud and grunt. I get up quickly and swing onto a pole close to the blue man. perching on it for a second, I observe max, looking around for me. it's surprising how this happens to nice guys.

I swing at electro, spinning him around. he lets out another furious and resentful grunt, before pointing his hands at me, making my brain fuzz. I backflip over the crackling missile, which crashes into a slab of rocks and a pole of wires. it speaks, before exploding. debris flies past my face, and I barely dodge them, as I see electro stare at me with hate. I latch onto a rock with my webs, and swing it at him, knocking him to the middle of torn wires, where he was standing before.

I attach my webs to two poles, and catapult myself forwards, flying straight into him, making us fly to the floor.

my back bangs against the concrete as we roll, making a throbbing lain ache through my body. nothing I'm not used to, at this point though. he pins me to the ground in a dent in the ground, full of rubble and shards of glass. "you ready to give up?" I ask in a strained voice, as he tries to choke me.

my face feels like it splits as electro lets out an agitated roar, releasing a load of electricity if my face. my ears hum and I close my eyes. I push him off of me, and pounce up, as energetic as ever.

he flies backward, and I web him quickly. he smirks sadistically, and rubs his hands, a faint hum and crackle coming from the electricity produces. his hands latched onto the webs, making them wobble.

I watch the energy travel through the webs before they end at the web-shooters with a soft buzz. I exhale in relief, almost shouting "thank you, Gwen Stacy!" I pull my web closer to me, before pulling my webs backward, flinging him to the other side of me.

as he thuds on the stone, the ground shakes and pulses, before a wave of blue flows out of him. I get knocked to the ground.. again. my body feels shaken up, and the throb in my body hurts more and more. "just shake it off" I mutter to myself as I pull myself forwards. "it's just your bones, and your muscles and your organs" I shake my head to shake the off the pain.

a pole lights up as it hums and buzzes. "oh, boy" I say simply, looking wearily at the source of the light.

the light moves from pole to pole, humming a familiar tune. incy wincy spider. I roll my eyes and throw my hands to my head in disappointment. at the third note, a blue wave passes past me, almost knocking me over. I groan as the tune continues, and "I hate this song!"
