CHAPTER 5

Y/N's POV

I was heading to first period which was maths and I sat next to finney. "Hey" he said while a small smile appeared on his face. I replied with a small simple 'hi' me and finney I guess we are friends we talk a lot and he helps me and j hep him with work. I can't lie this lessons was so confusing he was speaking so fast which was very unnormal and I couldn't understand mr Taylor. I was fed up of trying to understand him so I just raised my hand with a angry and confused look on my face. He sighed while turning towards me,"what is the matter y/n" I slammed my hand on the table " sir I'm not tryna offended you but I don't understand any of this, your speed talking like there is no tomorrow. So if you want me to learn something speak slower" I said while raising my voice abit. Finney just turned to me and laughed, he probably agreed with me though.
The teacher smiled at me sarcastically and replied with"as you wish miss Thompson" then continued with the lesson.

ROBINS POV
Y/N's annoying little speech to the teacher was true but I didn't think she would just say it out loud to him. I'm glad she did I'm not learning shit. When I finally decided to take some notes there was a knock on the classroom door, the door opened to a boy about my age standing there.

NO ONES POV

"Oh hello good morning you must be our new student, please introduce yourself!" Mr Taylor spoke to the new kid. He stared at everyone but glimpsed at y/n and smiled. Y/n didn't smile back because she doesn't really like new people or even just people. "Uhh okay I'm jaden Walton but you can call me jay and I'm 15 years old" he said awkwardly. "Perfect now jaden please can you sit besides y/n who is next to finney. Y/n raise your hand please." Mr Taylor replied.

Y/N's POV

I hesitantly raised my hand, and then jaden made his way over to me. He sat down and whispered "hey,sorry if your not comfortable sitting near me". I don't know why but I didn't feel like being ignorant, I mean I'm gonna have to get used to him sitting near me so whatever."it's okay, I'm gonna have to deal with you now" I said with a bored looking not taking my eyes of the bored at the front. He just smiled at me and then started paying attention to the lesson, he tapped me on the shoulder which made me fucking nearly shit myself which he thought was abit funny. "Jesus Christ!" I shouted but not in a rude way just it made me jump. He giggled. I glared at him while he out his hands up in defence. "Y/n...please watch the way you are talking in the classroom". "uhh alright it was an accident but whatever continue"I replied while staring at jaden, "you tapped me?" I asked with a confused look . " oh sorry can I borrow a pen?" He said In an calm tone. I just nodded and past him one.

ROBINS POV

When that new kid came in he had to sit near y/n. I don't know why but my jaw started to clean h and my hands formed into fists. The whole lesson they were talking to each other and it annoyed me from the fact that y/n would open up to him quicker than the others. Why do I care? She is an asshole right? Ye. Yeah she is an asshole!

Y/N's POV

After we had finished maths it was finally lunch which I couldn't wait because I was starving! I really didn't want to sit next to finney and gwen because Robin was there and I'm kind of in a good mood and he will wreck it. So I grabbed my sandwich and made my way to a table and sat by myself staring outside of the window until a tray being out down on my table distracted me. It was jaden. "hey, mind if I sit here as I don't have any friends as I'm known  as the 'weird new kid'" he protested. Wait that's what I called myself when I joined 'werid new kid'. I just nodded with a kinda light smile, but got rid of it as soon as he seen it. "So how come your not sat with anyone?" He asked while poking his food in curiosity. I sighed looking down "um I-I just don't like speaking to people because the more I get attached the more it hurts when they leave". His face was shocked" seriously? I literally say the same thing, the only reason im speaking to you is because you looked like a nice decent person and not those 'I'm so pretty, ugh get away from me' means girl and I was completely right!" He said smiling at me. I loved the way he mocked the popular girls so I let out a little laugh. That was the first time I've laughed in months, I'm shocked. But everything he said I agreed with.

" I normally don't like meeting new people but your new and don't have anyone else but me so I guess we can be 'friends?'" I replied with a questionable tone. He smiled and slowly nodded. He raised his hand wanting em to shake it nans said "friends?" I shaked it "
