In a matter of two days, our snow situation has not changed. More snow came through on Monday and yesterday. We're just getting tons of snow. All of the snow is driving us crazy. We're hanging on to hope and that it will change soon. We want to go out and enjoy a day away from our house. None of us want to revert back to what we were earlier with the snow.

"Uh when is she coming?" James asked as we got dressed in the morning.

"Um, she said sometime very soon. Like now!" I said as I looked at my cell phone.

"Let me see!" He said and went to the window near our bed. "She's not here! My, it's looking very icy on our street!" He exclaimed and squinted as the sun reflected against the ice on the street. The sun is bouncing towards our house. James closed the blind.

"That sun is glaring bright!" He retorted as he looked towards me.

"I'm guessing the sun is very bright."

"Yeah also making me almost blind." He said and winked his eyes a few times.

"Kind of like being out at the beach for the first time! You'll be fine soon." I said and patted his shoulders.

"I hope so. I feel like I'm seeing double!" He said.

"Please don't look right into the ice. Maybe that will help." I offered.

"Yeah, I think that it best. Those idiots with Hydra made me do things I had no control over including staring at nothing or at inanimate objects like ice." He said and slowly moved around our room.

"No offense but I find them to be bastards and insensitive morons." I said as I put on my slippers. Another day of wearing my sweats and a comfy t-shirt. This time a Led Zeppelin shirt James used to have. We heard the doorbell ring. All of us had breakfast this morning and came back upstairs to stay warm before getting dressed.

"I'll go and get it!" James almost yelled, almost running out of the room.

"Please be careful. You don't want to hurt yourself." I reminded him.

"Right!" James said and slowed down. He managed to get downstairs and saw Bridget and Noah standing at the front door.

"Hey there! Long time no see!" Noah said.

"Nice to see you too. How did you manage to come here? The streets seem rather icy." James said.

"Yeah they are but they have maintenance trucks coming out to clear the roads now." Noah said. "Also I brought my all terrain truck with some pretty good snow tires on them! Also super duty!" Noah said, gesturing towards a navy blue truck parked out front. It has some big tires on there. Also some reindeer ears decorating the cab's top.

"Wow! I wish to get out and drive but I can't. I don't have tires like you do." James said. Noah smiled.

"You need to talk to Ross at Tires R us! He will hook you up with some. Don't you have a truck as well?" Noah asked.

"Uh yes I do. I haven't driven it in a long time. I guess I need to get it out and see if it runs." James said.

"Good! I know I saw a black truck out here in the yard for a while. Now it's in storage." Noah said.

"Yeah, the guys built a garage attached to the gym. That's where I keep it now." James said.

"Well, I need to go soon but I can give you Ross's number so you can get your truck out of storage. Soon you will be able to 'truck it away'!" Noah joked. The guys laughed.
