Date Night/Protecting Family

*The next day, Peter was making breakfast for him and me I took a shower and changed into my clothes and sat down with coffee as he made eggs, bacon and toast as I started to eat*

"This is delicious Peter, thank you" *I said.*

"No Alex, my pleasure. So how do you like it here so far?" *Peter said as he sat down with his breakfast.*

"I love it and thank you for letting me stay here I appreciate it and I love this cooking better than what I try and do back home, I hope I get a message from Kara I haven't heard from her all day" *I said finishing my breakfast.*

"Don't worry she will she's prob busy and I love having you here and if your not doing anything after work, I'd love to take you out on a date" *Peter said.*

"Sure what time do I need to get ready cause I haven't been on a date in weeks so this will be a first" *I said hugging him.*

"Sorry I just get all excited but I don't hug often" *I blushed embarrassed.*

"Don't be I haven't had a hug from anyone since my niece and nephew were kids" *Peter said hugging her back.*

*That morning to afternoon I was at the station doing paperwork and hoping to hear back from Kara which I'm still waiting for knowing she's in school right now and can't text, so I text her*

"Hey Kara text me back after class I have a date and it's with Peter. He's Derek and Malia's uncle and the wolf that I saw in the forest when I left the station and at Scott's house he was just checking to see if I was a threat hope your having fun I miss talking to you text me back when you can" *I hit send.*

*A few hours later my phone chimes and I see a message from Kara*

"Hey, Alex, I didn't know you were here I've been busy with school and Derek, welcome and I'm sorry for not telling you I'm a werewolf it's just something that I just found out when I got here, but we can catch up whenever, where are you?" *Kara hit send.*

"I'm working at the station and staying with Peter Hale he's a great guy and has been watching me since I got here it was a bit freaky but he seems nice and said he is Derek and Malia's uncle" *I hit send.*

"Yeah he is but be careful Alex, he's an alpha a bit dangerous but I know you can handle it especially trying to protect me like he is with his niece and nephew as well as Scott and the others who are wolves, I'll catch up with you at lunch. I'll see you outside the school" *Kara hit send and went to her next class as I smile and don't text her back.*

"She is at her next class with her friends and I will protect her, you, Melissa, Peter, Deputy Parrish, Sheriff Stilinski, her friends and the others since it's my job even though you can handle yourself and can handle anything" *I said.*

"Yes, Alex I can handle myself but we can also protect each other and our family and friends" *Rafael said*

"Yeah I know and wait til you see what I have that will make everyone wonder how I have incredible powers since I'm human after all and I''ll show you a demonstration" *I said as I flicked my wrist and the thing on my arm came out and made a special gun.*

"Wow that is amazing, how did you get that never seen anything like it" *Rafael said.*

"Well it's from J'onn Jonzz (Martian Manhunter) he made it for me to use when we saved the world" *I said.*

*As the day went on not many trouble and we continued to patrol and I ran into Kara and hugged her*

"Glad to see you again sis been a while, I haven't met Derek yet but I met your friends they seem cool even though I'm not as cool as them or a werewolf" *I said.*
