[11:00 pm ]

I yanked my large suitcase bag through the lounge, " D! Hurry up, we were supposed to leave 20 minutes ago! " I shouted. " Yeah Yeah, you know I'm always late. Do we have everything? " She sighed walking into the lounge with two suitcases, I chuckled " We're going for 3 days, why do you need so much stuff? ". She rolled her eyes " Because, you never know what we're going to do when we're there ", I sighed " Whatever. You realize, Logan, Ash and Michael already left ". She playfully glared at me " What about Calum and Luke? ", " They're leaving later today, they're gonna give me enough time to explain everything " I stated with a sigh, " Now enough chit chat, let's go! ". Delilah and I made our way out of the building and to her car, which was a two door and was freaking tiny. " Why are we taking your car again? " I asked shoving my bag into the backseat, " Because my car is newer and faster " she stated rolling her eyes. I sighed getting into  the passenger seat " Don't hate on my car, I've had it since I was 18, I love it! ", she chuckled while shaking her head " Did you tell your mum that you were bringing a boy home? ". I nodded " Yeah, she's excited to meet him.Because according to her, it's been a while apparently ", she smiled as she started the car. 5 minutes into our car journey, " Delilah, Delilah!! " I exclaimed happily. She let out an annoyed groan " What? ", " Starbucks! " I demanded pointing in the direction of the nearest one. She sighed deeply, " I'll pay " I smirked raising my eyebrow. She rolled her eyes and chuckled " Fine ",  I clapped like a little kid. " You'll be a great teacher, because you might as well have the mind set of a child " Delilah stated with a chuckle, I smiled and nodded my head in agreement.

[ 12:20 pm ]

" But in my dreams, I'm waking up to roses, champagne, kisses and I know it's always, always gonna be, gonna be this way " Delilah sung loudly, " In my dreams, you're standing right beside me. Two hearts finally colliding. Then I wake up and realize, realize... - ". "This is real Life! " I shouted at the top of my lungs, causing Delilah to chuckle. Since it was her car, she got to choose all the music. " Mel, I hope everything goes well. I really do like Michael, I think he's good for you " Delilah smiled as she turned to radio down, I nodded with a deep sigh. " I'm sure everything will be fine " she mumbled with a small smile, I smiled with a chuckle " Let's just keep our fingers crossed ". Moments later my phone beeped, I pulled it out of my  pocket [ New Message ]. - Have you guys left yet? Or is Delilah still getting ready? : Logan -, I sighed deeply as I glanced at Delilah, who had turned the radio back up and was singing along again. - Yeah, but we're a little behind. We made a Starbucks run and we didn't leave until 11 am -, " Who was that? " Delilah asked suddenly with a smirk on her face. " Your boyfriend and my brother " I chuckled, " Ugh, don't tell him we left late, he won't ever let me forget it " she stated loudly. I smiled evilly at her " Too late ", [ 2 New Message ]. - Well, we're only have a little over an hour left, because we made a McDonald's run(: Tell my girl I love her and call me if you need anything : Logan -, I furrowed my eyebrows and sighed " Del....? ". She glanced over at me quickly, with a confused look on her face " What? ". I gave her a cheeky smile " Can we stop at the next McDonald's? ", she sighed " We just had Starbucks an hour ago! ". I smirked " But, I'm hungry now. And all we had were drinks, pplleeaassee! ", she chuckled with a roll of her eyes " Fine ". " Oh, by the way. Logan says he loves you and yadda yaa " I added while waving my arms around, then I checked the next message I had. - Hey(: How's it goin? : Milo -, I smiled widely as I replied - Hi! Everything is good, we're making a stop at McDonald's. How's everything going with you? Since you had to ride with Ash and Logan -. It didn't take long for Delilah and I to find a local McDonald's, it would only take a few minutes out of our trip. After receiving our food, we got back on the road. [ New Message ] I smiled as I looked at it, - Didn't you two just have Starbucks, now you're having McDonald's...And everything's all good over here, I'm just a bit nervous about what'll happen later : Milo -. I quickly replied as I shoved a few fries into my mouth, - It's lunchtime and I was hungry!... I know, I'm nervous too, we just have to stay positive(: -. A few seconds later, I received  another text message, - Okay, I'll try to stay positive. But I'm more nervous to meet your parents, I've never met anyone's parents before... But hey, I'll talk to you later, I'm gonna take a nap(; See you later Mel : Milo - I chuckled as I took a bite of my burger, - Sleep tight, Milo(; -. " So is he nervous? " Delilah asked. I nodded " Yeah, but I think he's more nervous just to meet my parents ", she smiled " They'll love him though ". I sighed as I looked at her confused " Is there something you're not telling me? ", she shook her head " No Mel. Stop being paranoid ". I let out a deep sigh, as I continued to eat my food, while listening to the radio.
