Edan entered the Burrow with Ginny in tow. The house was rather quiet aside from Bill who was home visiting for the Holiday. None of the other Weasley children had returned which made Molly sad but she refused to say it. Edan made an extra effort to spend time with her as did Ginny.By the third day of the Holiday though, Edan was ridiculously bored. Ginny was fantastic company but without Fred and George the house seemed so calm and peaceful. Which in Edan's mind equated to boring. However, she quickly began to miss the lack of chaos.

Arthur had left for work hours ago. Ginny was taking a nap upstairs and Molly had run off to the shops. Edan was laying outside on a blanket when she heard a loud pop. She sat up on her elbows and squinted into the sun. As the footsteps approached Edan narrowed her eyes. "What are you doing here?" She grumbled.

Remus looked taken aback at her words. "What do you mean?" He inquired.

She leapt to her feet and snatched the blanket from the ground. "Are you thick? Why are you here? I told you I didn't want to hear from you. What makes you think I want to see you?"

"Edy.. I don't - what's going on?" He said we a nervous chuckle. Edan shoved past him and made her way to the front door. Remus frowned at her. His foolish attempt at confusion was infuriating. "Wait! Edan, what is happening?" He shouted just before she reached the front door.

Edan turned sharply on her foot and approached him. "Are you kidding me? What the hell is this? You have the nerve to come here and put on this act?" Her anger was rising. After their break up she had hoped to never see him again. Surely Molly and Arthur would have no objections.

The door of the Burrow opened to reveal Bill standing in the doorway. "Edy, come inside." He said glaring nastily as Remus. She nearly sprinted into the house and up the stairs to her bedroom. Ginny woke up suddenly as Edan burst through the door and slammed it shut.

She tried to calm her breathing and flopped onto her bed. Ginny repeatedly asked her what happened but Edan ignored her. After sometime Ginny wondered out of the room. Slowly she began to calm down. A whirlwind of emotions was coursing through her then she managed to drift off into a restless sleep.

The sky was dark when she woke up. Ginny was shaking her. "Mum and Dad want to talk to you Edy." She said softly.

Edan groaned but travelled downstairs to the kitchen. They were seated at the table with sympathetic smiles on their faces. She sat down a few chairs away with her hands clasped in front of her. "We've spoken with Remus." Molly began.

"Why was he even here? Did he honestly expect I would want to see him?" She muttered.

"Well, yes. You see, Remus has no recollection of the last few months. It seems someone had placed the Imperius Curse on him somewhere around Christmas." Arthur spoke up.

"But.. But - how? Before the Yule Ball? How can you be certain?" Edan sputtered.

Suddenly a voice arose behind her. "I was able to confirm."

Edan turned in her seat. Severus was standing in the living room. She hadn't noticed him in the slightest. "Because.. because you're a Legilimens?"

Severus smirked at her, seemingly impressed she had figure it out so quickly. "Yes." He said sharply.

"Remus would really like to see you Edan." Molly said.

Silence filled the room as Edan contemplated what to do. While she understood Remus had not been in control it did not erase the pain and heartache that had been caused. Aside from that he had been a right git before the curse was placed on him. She'd moved on from him rather quickly. Her emotions and love for him couldn't be switched back on so easily. "I suppose I can have a short chat with him."
