Annie POV
"What is it Reiner?" I asked

"We still have to find the coordinate, it's been over a year and still no sign of him." Reiner explained

"So what do you suggest we do?" Bertholt asked

"Annie, we need you to go into the city and try find anything out about the founding titan, are they royalty? Are they in the military? Or do they know anything at all." Reiner explained.

"Why me?" I asked.

"Because you're far more nimble than Bertholt and I"
"Annie, have you forgotten the mission?" Bertholt asked.

"No... I haven't. Fine I'll go tonight, and bring what I can find back in the morning."

"Thank you, Annie."

I walked away without saying another word. "What the fuck are they thinking?" I thought to myself

I got dressed into my most unsuspecting clothes, it was my normal shirt, a blazer, a pair of glasses, a hat and a long skirt.

"What the hell am I even looking for?" I thought to myself after sneaking into trost.
"So what? Look for anything related to our coordinate and bring it to him? Fine, if that's what I have to do, I have plans for Y/N in the morning.

I snuck into the garrison base to have a look around. There was barely anyone there, on the account of it being past midnight, but still busy enough for me to be spotted. I crept down the corridor as quietly as I could, it was extremely well decorated, with luxury furniture, expensive artwork on the walls and plants on almost all tables. "lieutenant Brzenska..." I heard come from down the hall. "Shit!" I thought to myself as I dived under one of the couches that was tall enough for me to crawl under. "Reiner and Bertholt have a good point, there's no way they'd be able to fit under anything here." I thought.
"Captain Kitz, how can I help you sir?" The woman who I assumed was Rico answered.
"Recently, you and your comrades in the Garrison Elite have been working extreme overtime, Commander Pixis and I are impeccably proud of you three and we will be giving you three extended vacation soo..." who I presumed Kitz started speaking to Rico but was cut off by someone else walking down the corridor. I could hear the foot steps from down the hallway, they were gentle but at the same time firm, almost like who ever was walking had a sense of pride to them.

"Commander Pixis." Both Rico and Kitz said in unison.
"Captain, lieutenant, it's great to see you both." He said, I peeped my head just enough so I could see what was going on. It looked like Kitz was shaking Both Rico and Kitz's hands. Rico was remarkably short, like even shorter than me, while Kitz had a very tired look and stressed look on his face, it looked like he hadn't slept in weeks, maybe even years.

"What can we do you with sir?" Rico asked very humbly.
"Oh nothing, I'm just here to finish signing papers for this new law that the ol' folks by the Military Police want to pass, about this curfew, they say Kenny the Ripper is in trost, he's already killed 7 people this week according to their commander, besides I have to prove to you two that even in my old age I'm just as strong as I was back when I was your age." He explained.

"Kenny the Ripper. You mean Kenny Ackerman? Wasn't he in the Military Police?" Rico asked.

"Ackerman? Hm, maybe he's related to Y/N." I thought to myself. While I was busy I had completely neglected the conversation going on around me But still noticed there was no mention about a titan.

"If there's anything about a shifter, it'll be in this Pixis guy's office." I thought.

"Well sir, it's getting late and my wife is probably getting ready to kill me for being so late. Good night Rico, good Night sir." Kitz said saluting both of them and walking away.
