Annie POV
Two weeks earlier
"This is taking too long, we need to lure the coordinate out of hiding." Reiner said.
"Have you ever stopped to think that maybe these people don't know who the coordinate is either?" I asked crossing my arms.
"Yeah, Annie's right." Bertholt said trying to gain browny points with me.

"Okay then, how do we find out who is the coordinate? We were told by Zeke that the coordinate was one of the refugees. So I say we break down the wall again. Eventually we'll find out who they are." Reiner explained.
"Well if we're going to do this again it needs to be tomorrow, it's the last time all of us will be together." Bertholt said.
"He's got a point." I said.
"Fine, we kick the wall down the day after graduation. When's that? In two weeks?" Reiner asked.
"Yeah, But I'm taking Y/N somewhere safe."
"You need to be here. Your scream attracts them Annie." Bertholt added.
"I'll scream at dawn, bring them to the wall early in the morning before everyone's awake. But after that you two are on your own."
"Imagine what Marley would do if they found out about what you're doing? You think your father would live much longer?" Reiner said.
"Shut your fucking mouth. I'll help with that and that only, and if harm comes to Y/N in anyway. You'll wish a titan got you." I said before walking away.

Two weeks later

I woke up at around 2am.
"I don't wanna gooooo. His arms feel so warm." I thought to myself.

Eventually I mustered up the will to get up. As I started moving I felt him wrap his arms around me tighter. "Shhh." I whispered in his ear. I moved up a bit and held is head on my chest for a minute before getting up and sneaking out the window.
"This better be fucking worth it. Waking up at two in the morning to do this shit. Last time we did this, god how many years ago was it? I ended up sleeping on the hard floor until I came to this shit hole. Mind I did meet Y/N, so at least some positive came out of it."
I snuck into the armoury and grabbed the nearest ODM gear I could find. I grabbed as many cans as I could carry and set off as quickly as I could so I could be back by sunrise.

Eventually I made it to the walls. Luckily there weren't any guards near by so I could drop my cans and get out as far as I could so no one could hear the scream or my transformation

I moved out for a solid five minutes before transforming. I screamed as loud as I could to attract as many titans as I could, about ten minutes later a horde of about 40 to 50 titans started following me.
"Jesus. This better be enough." I thought as I started moving back towards the wall. Eventually I made it back to the wall with no one seeing me. I evaporated from my titan and made a break for my gas cans so I could get the hell out of there.

Y/N POV
"Mmmmm." I sounded getting up out of bed.
"Annie?" I asked stop half asleep. There was no answer.
"She must have gotten up a few hours ago." I said before getting out of bed. I looked over and I saw her hair tie laying on my bed side table.
"That's weird... she loves this thing. The only time she's ever not worn this thing is to bed. She must have overslept or been in a real hurry if she left this." I thought to myself.
"Lemme go give this back to her." I thought.
I got dressed and went out the girls dorm and hopefully Annie would be there if she was done with her morning training.

I walked down towards the training area before I heard footsteps running towards me. I looked around to see Annie running towards me.
"Hey Handsome." She said almost running into me.
"Hey Ann. You okay?" I asked.
"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?"
"You're drenched in sweat."
"I went for a jog..." she said resting her head on my chest.
"You mean a sprint."
"Same shit, different toilet
"You excited about today?" I asked.
"Yeah, of course I am. You wonder if we'll get stationed there?"
"Hopefully if it's nice enough."
"I heard that's where the rich people live, maybe we'll get an actual mattress not what ever the bell we were sleeping on these past few years."
"You think people are that charitable? Don't the MP just sit on their ass all day and drink."
"Well maybe you and me'll be different." She said looking at me with a goofy smile.
"You sure? How do you know know I won't just sit on my ass all day?"
"Because I'm not going to let my partner be a lazy ass."
"Yeah  but you also wouldn't want your partner to strain themselves. What if I chip a finger nail?"
"Y/N, could you be anymore of a bitch sometimes?" She asked with an amused look on her face.
"It's hard being this pretty." I shrugged.
"Well as much as I'd love to continue this conversation, I need to shower." She said as she began to walk away.
"Oh yeah Y/N, one more thing." She said turning around. She walked over once more and used my shirt to rub her face.
"Ahh, dude!" I said pull my shirt away.
"You're welcome." She said with a smile as she walked away.
"Ah great." I said looking down at my shirt.
Now I had to go change.

"We packed and ready?" She asked.
"You gonna wipe your face on my shirt again?" I asked.
"Maybe... but maybe not." She said with a goofy look.

"This place looks amazing."
"Almost as amazing as me." She said.
"Oh... god..." I said under my breath and placing my head in my hands."
Turned around and started laughing.
"You're a right comedian Ann. Come on, where are we going first?" I asked.
"There's this guy who has this tower in the middle of town, it's a religious building I was thinking about going here first. What do you think?" She asked.
"A building full of crazies that worship walls? Sounds fun."

"Why is it built like this? Wouldn't it be better to actually make a building, not some comb shape?" I asked
"Don't ask me, as the guy with the weird comb over."  She said looking at the guy preaching to a bunch of people.
"Oh hell no, cult leader looking was mf." I said.
"Y/N, shut up, they can hear you." Annie said trying to keep me quiet.
One of the cultists stopped praying and rudely looked over at us. I looked back at him and pointed at Annie as if to put the blame on her.
"Excuse me you two, but you are disturbing my ceremony, if you two have nothing more to do I'm going to ask you two to leave." One of the guys asked, who looked like the main leader.
Suddenly someone burst into the building and yelled out "Wall Rose was breached!"
