Hope was dancing and humming to a song while making pancakes when Rebekah came down and Hope gave her a plate.
"Wow what got you in a good mood?" Rebekah asked, accepting the pancakes.
"Well today is the beginning of senior year, just a few months until we graduate. What more could I ask for?" Hope answered, smiling at the idea of graduating.
"Are you walking with them or do you want a drive?" Rebekah asked.
"I will be walking maybe late so don't wait up" Hope said backing her stuff and leaving.
"Don't be too late, okay!" Rebekah shouts.
"Got it!" Hope called shorting the door to meet up with the guys.
Everything was great. We stopped the world from going full on zombie apocalypse but with giant lizards, I finally have my awesome pretty girlfriend Josie Saltzman, and I am graduating this year. Everything is just amazing except
"Hello kid" Mr. Hawkins said to Hope with an evil smirk on his face.
That my best friend's dad is basically a deranged psychopath killer and knows that I know, but other than that everything is great. Did I mention the Girlfriend part?
"Mr. Hawkins' pleasure," Hope said.
"Eh, where is Kaleb?" Josie asked, feeling a little bit uncomfortable moving closer to Hope.
"Oh he will be down in a minute" He answered.
"Goodie" MG muttered.
"How's your stomach?" He asked Hope.
"What?" Hope asked.
"You're stomach, Kaleb told me you hurt yourself, someone or something must have hit you pretty hard. Though I suspect it wasn't from that" He responded and he didn't even hide his evil smirk and the evil glint in his eye. He doesn't even try to hide the fact that he resents me.
"It's fine Mr. Hawkins" Hope answered "But I'm sure you knew that"
"Okay guys I'm ready let's go" Kaleb said coming towards them.
"Have a nice day at school there will be new changes I'm quite proud of, especially you Hope" Mr. Hawkins told them as they were leaving. What the hell does that mean?
"Anyways guys, are you ready for the most epic senior year?" Hope asked excitedly.
"Wow you're even more excited than when I make fluffy pancakes" Josie said "Should I be offended?"
"I don't know, should you? Though after grad I'll be taking a gap year and then you'll give me all of the fluffy pancakes I want" Hope told her.
"Glad to see you have your priorities settled" MG said.
"Hey, have you heard from our common friend?" Kaleb whispered to Josie but Hope could still hear. Dude it's a secret for a reason, ask them in their own spare time when no one is around. Did I not mention this on Spider training.
"Not now" Josie whispered back but shakes her head no.
"Oh yeah forgot to tell you we are getting a new science teacher and he's awesome" Kaleb told us.
"What?!" Hope shouts.

Hope sat down right beside Josie when the door slammed shut. A man came into the room clearing his throat.
"Hello my name is Otto Octavius and I will be your teacher for this semester which means that I won't be tolerating any late participants so for people like Hope Mikaelson that would be hard but try to do your best" He said. I hate him already.
"Pleasure to make your acquaintance," Hope said.
"Hmm" he hummed and began the lesson.
"That guy is crazy!" Hope exclaimed.
"Dude you're just over exaggerating" Kaleb said.
"No dude has it in for me like he's trying to pick a fight or something" Hope explained "And who gives homework on the fucking first day?"
"That was a little too much," Josie commented.
"Or is he just calling you out on your bullshit and doing his job? Look my dad had picked him and I think he's great once you show your true potential and in his defence everyone knows you for being late" Kaleb said. Okay maybe I was being a bit dramatic because he called me out though I have a feeling that he just doesn't like me. Like he was paid to give me a hard time-
"Did you say your dad picked him?" Hope asked and Kaleb nodded.
"Yup he said he was perfect for the job" Kaleb said and Hope turned to Josie and MG.
"'His dad said he's 'the perfect man for the job''" Hope repeated what Kaleb said to them and they knew what she was getting at.
"Yeah we're here Hope" Josie stated trying to hint not to push it.

"Wait, so you think that Invisible Man aka Mr. Hawkins aka your best friend Kaleb's father sent someone to be your science teacher?" Clarke asked as they came back from saving someone.
"I don't think I know," Hope answered" Also what with the aka's?"
"Dramatic effect"
"Do you have proof or is it because you finally have a teacher that won't let you go to the washroom for the rest of the day" Maggie spoke.
"You know what shut up Maggie look I just have this feeling" Hope said.
"Like the spider sense?" Josie asked.
"Well no but like I know that there's something off about this I mean why would Mr. Hawkins recommend him to help out?" Hope asked.
"Maybe because he wants a good education for his son," Clarke answered.
"Yeah but he was more than willing to turn him into a monster. Look all I know is that our science teacher whatever his name is"
"Otto Octavius" Josie cuts Hope off.
"How do you remember it?" Hope asked.
"It's really not that hard," Josie answered.
"Okay but I am certain that he's up to something with Mr. Hawkins" Hope said.
"Well if you think so then I believe you" Clarke spoke.
"What they said," Maya said.
"Agreed" Everyone said.
"If you believe that this man is somehow working with Mr. Hawkins then we will need evidence to bring him down," Josie said.
"How the hell would we find that?" MG asked.
On a call
"I'm in school everything is in place" He said.
"Good wait for my signal" The voice on the phone said cutting. "What are you going to do now, Hope Mikaelson.
