“Why aren’t they answering?” Clarke asked pacing around the room “they said they were going on a date” Maggie announced “yeah but I thought they would be back now” Clarke said “yeah I remember you telling them to put their phones on do not disturb” Maggie states “okay now you know everything” Clarke told her and Maggie shrugged. “So can you not hack into the file?” Maya asked “yeah do they whole computer wizard thing” Ethan states “I could but then it would trigger the alarm and delete the whole file” MG explained to them “that’s why we need Hope it’s connected to her father’s work so maybe she knows the password” “you really had to tell them to put their phones on silent” Ethan accused “well forgive me for wanting our daughters and daughter in law to have a great time together” Clarke said. “Would you guys stop bickering” Maggie told them and then a beeping sound came out of the computer and MG shouting “No, no, no.” “What the hell happened?” Maya asked “the file it’s being deleted he knows we’re in the system and he deleted it” MG told them.
“So how was the dinner?” Hope asked Josie walking home “it was awesome especially my amazing date” Josie answered “really my date kept on making fun of my height” Hope said “it’s not my fault you make this cute pout when I do so beside few more milks and you can catch up” Josie jokes “wow, wow just wow I don’t even know who’s worse you or your sister?” Hope asked but it’s more of a statement. “Believe me Lizzie has a whole notebook of short jokes specifically for you”Josie told her and Hope checked her phone seeing all the text messages and calls from the gang. “Josie we need to go now” Hope told Josie pulling her closer as she swung away. They got into the lab and heard a beeping noise “Why’d you call?” Hope asked and she was meant with concerned faces “Hope” MG called “we lost it”
“Wait so you’re saying that we might have just lost our chance to prove who Mr. Hawkins really is?” Hope asked a rhetorical question “yeah that’s exactly what we’re saying” Maggie answered and Hope glared at her “not now” Maya whispered to Maggie. “What the hell are we going to do? That was it, wasn't it our only chance? Hope asked, very frustrated. “Looks like it” Maya told her and Hope sighed “there has to be another way” Ethan suggested “I can’t see any other way unless we go there in person and ask for it but knowing him I doubt he would just give it to us” MG said “this was the only chance to save everything. Everything and everyone would have been back to normal, and it could save my relationship with Kaleb '' Hope mumbled “look everything is going to be okay we’ll find another way” Clarke tried to reassure her but Hope just shook her head “No it’s not! Like MG said we missed our chance this could have been over, but because I put my phone on silent…. we could have gotten everything we wanted'' Hope said “Hope even if you got here in time there was no guarantee you’d know the password” Josie told her “I know but there’s still a chance-'' Hope stated but was cut off “ “don’t even go there Hope'' Josie warned her with a sweat but serious tone “you know what we'll talk about this later why don’t I take you home” “yeah sure” Hope said.
It was dark. I was alone. I was running yet I didn’t move. The voice keeps calling, pulling me closer and closer. It sounded distorted, rough, shaken, and everytime he could it felt like my skin was crawling. “COME BACK! COME BACK!!” I wanted to shout but I couldn’t speak then everything changed. It was everyone Kaleb, Josie, MG, Ethan, Clarke, Maya, Maggie, and Lizze. They all shared the same disappointment that something was wrong with their eyes; it was black just black. “This is your fault you did this' ' Kaleb told me “Hope why did you do this? You killed my father!”Josie shouts “you don’t deserve Josie” Lizzie said “if only you had picked up the damn phone” Maya said “if only you had said the truth” Maggie told me “this all started because of you Hope all because of you” Ethan said “I was wrong about you Hope I thought you would be better I’m disappointed in you” Clarke told her “Hope it should have been you. You should have died instead of them” MG said and then she was back there again at the school looking at a dead Mr. Saltzman.
